This company needs to be investigated. I’m pretty sure it’s 2023 and we have rights to a safe home. We’re stuck with these cowboys that don’t seem to do anything. Hopefully my housing provider will change as if this company carry on I can see so many law suits. Never ever live in a home where these people are the contractors!!

After a negative start with a miserable, male phone operative, I rang again and Lucy resolved the issue straight away. Two hours later Ricardo physically rectified the problem. I am a Westminster council tenant. All my dealings apart from one have been utterly pathetic. Rubbish landlords who employ a rubbish property maintainence company who employ unskilled labour to do skilled jobs.

Terrible.
Appointments book, no one arrives, emails sent in to complain and speak to a manager, no response.
Work booked for 2 days, to be told on the day (after weeks of booking) that they will not be coming, they have changed jobs.

Morgan Sindall carried out works to my property on behalf of the council. On two occasions they put my son’s life at risk where it could have killed him. Leaving a 12inch saw blade on the floor with a crawling toddler and turning the radiator on full next to his cot, radiator in the bedroom is never switched on. This is Not acceptable, insurance claim put through due to the damage done to my property after a burst water pipe and the unprofessional workmanship. How they are still trading is beyond me.

Had to call out Morgan Sindall property Services for a broken shower sealing switch. Engineer/ Electrician turned up not even an hour later. Fixed within the next hour. Top job again from a qualified Morgan Sindell Engineer/Electrician. Very satisfied with the top service.

We are unfortunate enough to have a property where the exterior is "maintained" by Morgan Sindall on behalf of the council. For the past year and a half there has been water coming into out property from a pipe which also cascades water down the wall of the council Tennant below.
Morgan Sindalls most recent attempt to support was to send a sub contractor round to assess the pipe. This was 13/09/23. I have had to call weekly to chase this. Still no report.
This is in addition to 2 other instances of water ingress which they also took nearly 6 month a piece to rectify.
An absolute shambles of a company.

Have had a mouldy, leaking wet room flooring for over a year. Repair has failed to be done! Work men are useless and all do the same thing, repairs team over the phone send tenants on the run around and never get back to you.

Stupid driver was driving in winsford 20/10 at 16.40 van Number DN23MPY and nearly hit our car i was driving with kids he just turned without an indicator. If you leave early you would not be running late mate.there are many vulnerable people on road. Hope he does the same s*** in his job aswell.

My toliet flooded last Monday
Ten days ago
It was put down as emergency call out
No one turned up to fix it
I rang following morning 8-15
Plumber came just turned water off and said I need a new board as it's rotten
He didn't bother to let me know what was going on with repair
So I rang up in afternoon 26 September she said the carpenter and plumber will visit the following day to do both jobs
Well carpenter put temperary piece of wood for the cistern
But no plumber bothered to come
You had my phone number
Nothing
I then at first had the repair down for 5/10/23 in PM
I sent you a message the previous day to cancel due to my appointment at job centre on 5th
Didn't hear back from you nothing
But you still managed to appear on that day to fix it
Really are a disgrace and awful company
You ignore every message
Unless it's too your liking
Your people are always on the phone
When they do decide to turn up
Absolutely disgusting service

I recently had the unfortunate experience of having Morgan Sindall, a contractor for the local council, carry out maintenance work on my home. To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. The quality of the work was far from the professional standards one would expect, especially from a company contracted by the council.
From the onset, there was a lack of clear communication about the scope and details of the work. When the job was "completed", I was left with a series of issues that were either overlooked or simply done in a shoddy manner. There were visible gaps, uneven finishes, and materials that seemed subpar. It's evident that there was a lack of attention to detail and pride in their work.
I understand that no company is perfect, but when you're entrusted with the responsibility of maintaining homes on behalf of the council, there's an expectation of quality and professionalism. Sadly, Morgan Sindall fell short on both counts.
I hope that the council re-evaluates their contract with this company to ensure that other residents don't have to endure the same unsatisfactory experience I did. It's essential that we hold companies to a higher standard, especially when they represent our local authorities.

I appreciate your prompt response and understanding of my concerns. However, I'd like to clarify that my review was not positive. I've reached out and left my name and number over the phone on multiple occasions, with assurances that I would be contacted to address the issues. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive any follow-up. This only further underscores the poor service I've experienced. I hope that future communications and resolutions can be more efficient and effective.

I am property manager. I have blocked drains outside one of our properties where Morgan Sindall is block management. I am currently 1h 23minutes on the phone, waiting for anyone to pick it up to raise the work order with them. Awesome stuff (Not!!).

It is funny that you replied to my TrustPilot review quicker than you responded to my phone call.. I gave up after waiting 1h45min on the phone (with no one picking up my call within that time - it was time for my lunch break), called East End Homes directly and in 5 minutes, I have job order raised by them, so nope, I do not need your help anymore today.... Who has time to spend 2h on the phone, without even been connected?? I am managing properties as my job, that is the only reason I was able to sit on the phone for almost two hours, while dealing with other things...

We seek him here, we seek him there, that damn delusive sindall man. Morgan sindall does the maintenance in our block and the only consistent thing about them is that they are consistently useless. I have had them do a number of jobs and if they put the effort they use trying to run away from you in actually working then I would be living in Buckingham palace. The man came today, tried not to do anything and ran up down the road, before putting a plastic bad and a bit of duct tap over the problem area and saying that it will go to a different flat.

They said someone would come out but hey no the next day still waiting.they say .organ and sin dal cover everything . well it's now well over an hour and still waiting.

Absolutely rubbish.
They don't do their jobs right the first time so having to re do work. I have had 6 months of constant repairs. Every week since I moved in. I'm now having to stay out of my home again ( 1 week in july) and now in September as they can't do the job right. Put in in for today, turn up and then say they can't do it all today, do a bit and then rebook a month later. So now I'm out of my home for another month.
