I was very impressed …

I was very impressed by the competence of the chap called Egis who came to fix my kitchen cupboards. He saw what was needed immediately and within a few minutes had completed the repair. I found him to be very polite and professional.

Egis and Akeem are the best workers there

Egis and Akeem came over to fix our bath today. The best workers we’ve ever had come over! Not only were they punctual, and did the job they were supposed to, they also went out of their way to go the extra mile and put silicon around our entire bathtub, which added extra time but they were more than happy to help. Amazing people in general too, and the work was done excellently. This doesn’t happen often, so their customer service was 10/10. We hope we always have the two of them come round whenever we’re in need of something, as we’ll always be confident that the job will be done, and not only will the job be done but it’ll be done to the best possible standard. Thank you again Egis and Akeem!

If I could give less than one star I would !! The mangers are worse than the incompetent employees that are supposedly skilled trades people . Morgan Sindall do NOT care about the quality of their work after all we are only social housing tenants !!!!!!!

What a fantastic service today 5 stars…

What a fantastic service today 5 stars but worth so much more Akeem and Egis were so efficient and such nice guys repaired my Kitchen window that I had not been able to open for months .
Usually I dread handling repairs but both were a breath of fresh air .
Highly recommend these guys .

Front door and general repairs in the flat

This is the worse repair service company I've ever seen. So unreliable, and inconsistent, I forgot the previous sad encountes and thinking things have changed but I am totally wrong. I called on Monday morning after staying indoor for 3 days waiting for what they terms as emergency work to be fixed.
I called 10.44 about a pending job and a lady told that the repair team will be in the property before the end of the day and promised to remind them with another email. By 15.46 hour, I made another call which a young man stated that I was given a wrong message and book a morning appointment between 8-12 pm. Nobody turned up, I made a distressed call at 11.39 which a lady called Sharon apologized that the engineer is running late to get me and will be here by 12.30pm, only to received a text message stating that the appointment is between 12.31 to17.00.
The treatment is totally inhumane and causing problems which I wish I can get appropriate site to report to. I live in the horrible place in England as far as I am concerned.

I have never felt so patronised and…

I have never felt so patronised and insulted by a company. Respect, empathy and compassion for frustrated tenants doesn't exist, just like their supervisors, managers and a surveyor who refuses to call back after months of trying. I have a front garden full of rubble, blown bricks, mould on the walls and a long list of jobs that have been reported and apparently booked but obviously have been ignored. I rang yet again on Friday and was told an email had been sent to the surveyor dealing with my outstanding repairs who would call me before 5pm. When I asked if I could speak to a supervisor was told no one was there I asked for a name which was mumbled to me, then I asked to speak to the manager of Morgan and Sindall but was told that she was not authorised to given me his name which I find unbelievable...and the surveyor did not call me back either! I am in the process of seeking advice from the local MP as this company's approach and level of service is inadequate. The standard of other contractors for Waltham Forest such as Aston are far better with helpful staff that call you with an appointment and jobs completed as promised.

Had an electrician assure me I would…

Had an electrician assure me I would have hot water after switching a thermostat on boiler now I haven't had hot water for 4 weeks. The communication between LH homes and them is appalling if you happen to miss a call they refuse to call you back can't even email them there like a secret organisation like Freemasons

Have been waiting 3 weeks for my water leak to be fixed, 4 men from Cam water 5 men from your company, calls to your company still waiting for my call back, call operators waste of space lie to you all the time, took a numbers of days off work for no one to turn up, now been told by the council they are waiting for a quote from you for the repairs to be carried out and still waiting ,

Total time wasters

This is the second time there's been a no show for repairs. Last time my husband took the day of work to be home for the repair and no one showed up or called. After leaving a review on here I had a call to say it was going to be done today. But I've just found out from another trades man that it's been changed again. I call Morgan Sindall to speak to a manager only to be told there's none available. What a joke. My husband has now taken 2 days of work for this job

Record attempt for dragging out a repair

Like everyone else leaving reviews, failed roof repair the first time very laurel and hardy approuch, multiple visits of people staring and doing nothing, first time around almost 12 months for a fix, always blaming scaffolding, apparent fix done, leak not fixed another 6 months into no repair being done... blaming scaffolders again. Almost 2 years for a repair so far, these guys deserve a Guinness World record for not doing work.

Abbot and Costello,or the two stooges?

Two workmen arrived at my 4th floor property to clear my front and back gutters with NO EQUIPMENT,not even a ladder and not surprisingly said they couldnt carry out the work,then they left.
No doubt they are earning money for this little double-act. And no doubt I will have to wait another year to get my gutters seen to. They claimed they dont have a power washer,but I have seen them use it.

I agree regarding the text link

Just to add that this week, for the umpteenth time, I waited in all day, only to get a call at teatime saying they weren't coming and won't now come for another 17 days - for a fault that they've failed to fix 3 times already! If they do bother to turn up to the latest appointment, that will be 4 call-outs for a very small fix, over 54 days!
I guess I should be grateful they bothered to call me this time - usually, I wait all day and get no all to tell me that they've casually cancelled.
No thank you re your reply - I've spent enough time dealing with your company! I've listed the numerous issues here, so there is nothing to discuss - fix your systems and train your staff! This happens with every single phone call so you must know there's any issue!
I agree regarding the text link - it has never worked!
Further, their phone staff need a huge amount of training and a far better system! I spent 26 minutes on the line, most of it on hold, while a pedantic older man spent ages just trying to move an appointment - not a complicated task at all!
I spent 7 minutes on to them this week, just trying to book the third callout for the same job, which should have been done properly first time!
Where do staff go while we are on hold? Do they have a nap? What on earth are they doing that takes so long?!
Even more annoying is when you call about a failed job, so you click the number for 'existing repair', only to be told it's a new repair but no, they can't possibly put you through! You have to hang up, redial, and go through the whole rigmarole again!
All of this is down to bad systems and training, which is down to bad management!

This company is a total Failure

This company is a total Failure. The staff should join a Circus. Either they Don't want to do the job they applied for or they are deliberately torturing the customers. No job is ever done 100% Right. Then they take you round in circles. The supervisors are overwhelmed with running up and down and totally unable to get the job done correctly very many at times just guessing the job as they are in the fields.

You got it Right!

I can honestly say well Done MorganSindall property services you sent a young lad who did the job well efficiently, really polite, really helpful, and for the first time in my entire existence a workmen who cleaned up after himself and didn’t leave the mess behind.
you should be patting this lad James on the back because it’s the likes of him that will give you the good reviews.
I can honestly say my every other interaction with Morgan Sindall has not been great.
I am disabled you’ve been dismissive and unhelpful and didn’t do the job properly in the first place congratulations for the lad that you sent to me.
He is wonderful. James deserves an absolute pat on the back. He did a wonderful job and I am very very grateful. Thank you. Be Proud to send him out on jobs. Very good.

Further to my review and in response to your reply I will clarify - on accessing the link I receive the following message "404 Aww Houston we have a problem" alongside a cartoon cat stuck upside down in a jar with the words "we looked everywhere" at the foot.

Used to be a good reliable company…

Used to be a good reliable company before Brexit and freedom of movement within Europe to the UK was stopped. Now don't seem to have the manpower to do the jobs and very often customers/tenants are let down by no show Maintenance Operatives and have to be re-scheduled. The employees do seem to be overworked.

Tap problems

Lately my tap has been acting up and when I had contacted them to fix it , they came early and did it within 10 mins!! (Now it works as good as new) This is not my first time contacting them to fix something seeing as every time they do a job well done.Today an employee called Lee fixed my tap and I really want to thank him and his whole team,I really appreciate your efforts and help to always meet your customers needs.10/10 would try again
