I placed order for Predator costume. They said I did not include an address, just a town. Weird because this is the first time this has ever happened as it always auto populates. For some reason they still shipped it without an address. I went to mail station, and it was missing. I called and asked for a refund and they said NO. Very weird. Why wouldn’t they just contact me if I really forgot my address. Who just ships to a city?

Good quality costume was very pleased with morph costumes would recommend to family and friends thank you'll for a good customer service experience and a good quality costume. My stepson received alot of compliments on his dragon costume..

Unfortunately, this costume came with a rip at the seam, where the legs are. It was a great idea and looks cool, but wasn’t able to wear it. Very sad. I brought extra batteries just in case the fan died early, but didn’t think about to bring tape in case there was a hole.

I thought the outfit was quite pricey for the quality but definitely better than your average supermarket Halloween costume. The delivery was very prompt.

The costume we purchased was for my son for a Halloween party, my son loved the costume and more importantly our friends were really impressed. Quick service, postage from Morphsuits, would use again, highly recommended.

Costume looked fine, but it was absolutely impossible to see out of. Couldn’t wear the hood at all. Do not recommend.

My order arrived like two days after I ordered it, which was much faster than I expected. My costume was a big hit but I was not able to see very well at all, I was planning to put sunglasses on over the suit but it was too hard to see. Still happy with my purchase tho! Thank you

Costume came quickly and is a good quality and design

Though suit was described as able to fit someone of a 6'5 frame, my 6'1 frame barely fit inside the costume from a height perspective. The zipper does not go down far enough to easily allow access for the upper body if you have wider shoulders without tearing. Additionally, the displayed suit did not have a bright white logo splashed across it which was on the unit upon arrival and defeated the purpose of having a fully complete black bodysuit

I ordered pretty late for Halloween and the costume came earlier than expected, fit well and was well-made considering the price. My 7-year-old loved the costume and had a great experience.

Great costume! Even though my kiddo was a little short, it still inflated just fine and he enjoyed wearing it!

I ordered the laughing Jack costume and it came in the mail quicker than I had calculated it too but it fit perfectly it did exactly what I wanted it to and it was amazing all the sizing is perfect all of the feel of the fabric is amazing it's breathable and it even it's a bit hard to see through them but when you're in the right lighting in the right area you don't have that problem the most problem I've got was I was getting the black lines and white spots of light kind of like I'm looking through a mesh mask but other than that it was a perfect costume
