Last year I ordered from this store because I was in need of a costume for Halloween. I was surprised how fast the shipping was! I didn't expect anything from this store so when the package arrived I was surprised. I had a lot of fun with my Slenderman costume! Everyone loved it :) I will definitely order again if I need a costume!! Thank you Morphsuits!

Customer support was outstanding. I ordered a spiderman costume which arrived quickly and it's amazing quality. It was purchased as part of a surprise for a childs birthday and I'm so happy with it. It's one of the best spiderman costumes I've seen, very realistic!
I had a few queries prior to dispatch and the customer support advisor was very quick to reply to emails and answer my questions.
Can't fault anything, super happy customer 🙂

Ordered St Pattys skirt and pants - paid express shipping - arrived 3/13 for a fundraiser that night . Skirt was too tight - tried it on in carpeted closet . Sent back 3/30 in package tags on - they returned it said it was dirty . Barely could see marks poss from box or they may have dropped it on warehouse floor . Would have ordered bigger size for next year but now NO WAY ! They should have returned it and sold it at 1/2 price . Pants were hit on my husband . He’s ordered twice - won’t again ! Quality not great either !

Delivery was excellent.

Delivery is only reason it got 2 stars otherwise it would be 1 and I wish I could put 0. outfit was poorly made, the Velcro tack bits didn't connect as they put the same Velcro tack on both parts. worse than that the outfit tore before school was finished. I've paid cheaper and had much better quality. I will never purchase again.

I ordered three costumes for my school's costume party. Shipping was quite fast and they shipped my package out almost immediately after I made the purchase. The costumes look amazing, fit well and I was able to see pretty decently through the suit. Ordering was very smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend Morphcostumes if you want great quality and great looking costumes!

It was a good experience. The quality was good and delivery was next day as advertised. I would say that product descriptions could be better and more accurate, otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

Was going to place an order for £26 (including postage) but when I went to pay the price doubled. Do not use this website

So i bought the rake morphsuit and the android morphsuit for my 6 and 9 yr old sons just too find out you can barley i mean barley see through them i don't recommend them ....but they do look cool if ur standing still ....

Very poor expirience all the way. The only thing that went to plan was Morphsuits taking money for my order.
After placing order, no confirmation, four days later attempted to contact them which is almost impossible, they have no phone number, all contact is via email which I believe they choose to ignore when it suits.
Eventually I was informed that my order had been delivered?.. But not to me!
I was informed it was my issue with the courier!
I finally managed to get confirmation that my order had been sent back to Morphsuits, which they confirmed via email.
I asked for my money to be refunded... This has not happened yet!!!
I have had to raise a dispute with my bank as they are again uncontactable.
Worst online experience ever. Buyer Beware!!!

Terrible customer service. They are literally blaming me for the time my package is taking to reach me! Paid for express 3 day delivery. It’s been 21 days and my product is still not here and they are not refunding the product until they receive it back... Why should I pay all this extra money in delivery fees for a product no longer needed as the event it was purchased for is now over. Very disappointing.
Will never order from them again.

Terrible customer service and return policy for products not used or taken out of the package. No mention of return fees listed on the website. Would never by from them again.

I love my costume all though I wasn't sure if it ship because I didn't get a tracking # I did receive it in the 2 day shipping period I paid for. Also it did take some time to figure out how to get an email out to customers service but when I email them they respond fast.

Zero Customer Service.

I have been trying to get in touch with this company for days now. My order has been "processing" for a long time and is not yet processed despite the money being taken straight away. I need to know if they will be delivered on time. I have emailed three times, tried to find a phone number but it connects to a message saying "email us and we'll get back to you within 24 hours" - they do not get back within 24 hours. I am none the wiser and would not recommend ordering from this company who obviously don't care about customer queries.

Thought I’d write on here as you usually only hear the bad side of things. I’d seen a few bad comments about email updates, order tracking and delivery times on here prior to ordering. I’m usually a reluctant online shopper but ordered anyway. 18th October the order was placed (late evening so effectively 19th) with a confirmation email and an order number sent immediately. Simply googling ‘Morphsuits UK order tracking’ took me to the correct part of the website to enter my order number and details to track my order; on the order screen a seperate button is present which states ‘track my order’ and this generates a link (had to copy and paste into browser) to MyHermes to track said order. All of this was simple enough with a bit of time spent getting to grips with it all. Before I even really checked to see if the order had been despatched, the Morphsuits were delivered on the morning of 20th October!! Paid for standard delivery as well which hands down makes this my smoothest and most impressive online order to date! I will admit I didn’t have to contact customer services at all so I cannot rate this aspect of the company but the whole process from ordering to delivery was extremely smooth and fast. Very impressed and would highly recommend this company due to the above and the fact that the Morphsuits ordered were amazing quality and looked exactly as shown online.

Item ordered on 14 October and delivered on 18 October, international delivery. It is true that there is room for improvement with regard to dispatch confirmation emails and tracking information which was somewhat tricky to find online but it did exist! Item is high quality and exactly as described. I'm sure my son will enjoy the halloween party to the full!

Quick and easy purchase, great quality. only issue was my own, putting in the wrong address, but customer service gave a rapid and friendly response, and communicated with their delivery service and still got my order to me in excellent time.

Costume did arrive quickly (though as many people have complained I never did receive a confirmation email) however I am now trying to do a return of part of my order. You have to go through the website to print a return label but the site says it does not recognize my order number (I have a screenshot so the number is definitely correct). I messaged them on Facebook and have sent two emails through their Contact Us section of their website with no response. Just awful.
