The only estate agent I've ever seen being genuinely helpfull, responsive and professional. They handled the purchase of our current home and have been brilliant throughout.

I have sold two and bought two houses through MA over the past twenty or so years and I can honestly say I would not rate anyone higher or recommend anyone else. Thankyou Morris Armitage, especially Simon for delivering such an amazing serice, again and Debi for keeping me in the loop throughout. You show others how it should be done.

I recently sold my house through Morris Armitage and I would highly recommend Simon and his team. Their charges were reasonable and the whole process from start to finish was handled very efficiently, but also with a personal touch. A huge shout out to Debs who supported me through a stressful few months. She was amazingly helpful, responsive and reliable, and couldn’t have worked harder for me chasing up solicitors and acting as a go between. I really couldn’t have done it all without her help and I am so grateful to her. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Morris Armitage again in the future.

I cannot recommend Morris Armitage enough! Debi could not have done more for us. We had a fair few hurdles along the way, through no fault whatsoever of Morris Armitage, but they dealt with it effectively and efficiently and made a very stressful situation so much easier. I don’t believe the move would have happened at all had it not been for their services. In particular Debi, she made the whole process so much smoother and was always on hand to help. I had an excellent experience when buying a house through Morris Armitage. They are very efficient but more to the point they are very personable and seem to really care about their customers. I felt that they genuinely tried to help me and that is why I am leaving this review.

A relatively new tenant with Morris Armitage and I can safely say from the very start at application stage to now living in one of their lovely rentals they made the whole process so easy and stress free. Nathaniel and Rachel are always on hand when I need them, thorough and efficient as always, nothing is too much trouble for them! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to rent a property!

I have been letting-out my property through Morris Armitage for well over 5 years now. I am very happy with the service that they have provided, which has always been professional and efficient, and they have sourced good tenants.

We have been using the property management of Morris Armitage in Cambridge for over 3 years now (they are our letting agents here) and I can confidently say that this has been a totally positive experience. The original viewing arrangement was done promptly, then they would support us through the document submission process when applying for the property. They were really efficient in drafting the original contract too. After we moved in they have been the reliable "go to" experts in getting the right specialists/engineers fix various maintenance issues almost immediately. All in all, it's been and still is a great experience working with MA!

I've always found them to be very helpful, knowledgeable and just generally on-the-ball with all aspects of the letting process.

I've been renting my flat through this agency for almost 4 years and I've been very happy with communication, responsiveness, and general relationship. Rachel is a superstar: she is efficient, communicates with me in a way that is timely and informative, and solves problems if there are any with an inspiring degree of persistence.

I have let out my property with Morris Armitage and I highly recommend them. Advertising, viewings, inventory, and contracts have all been arranged smoothly and quickly. They are a friendly and professional office, and Nathaniel and Rachel have been so helpful throughout the entire process.

I just wanted to say thank you so to Debi Bond at Morris Armitage for excellent customer service. It is a stressful process buying a new home, but Debi went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible. I know Debi is very busy in her role, but she always returned my phone calls and emails promptly and was constantly in contact to update me and chase solicitors and vendors. She is a real credit and asset to the company.

Dealt with the Cambridge office re a Property to let.
The service was sub standards and communications lacked to say the least. We were looking to Rent out a portfolio of ours but needles to say we gave our business elsewhere.
