Took the stress off my shoulders
Made the entire process very smooth. It was my first time buying a house in Ireland and Kevin explained and gave me every detail I needed to know which helped me make an informed decision on which provider to go with. Extending my offer was a breeze with Brandon’s help. Carla sorted my life assurance and home insurance very quickly and efficiently.
I was very impressed by the entire teamwork, quick responses and their patience in responding to every question I had.

Worth every penny
We contacted Mortgageline back in October, Jan had a video call with us to discuss options and stuck with us the whole way through even through 2 delays as we were supposed to move in February then April but ended up moving in June, they were always there chasing updates asking how we were honestly for the price of less than €200 it was well worth it. Took alot of stress off us gave us great advice and were very understanding of our needs and helped us get our forever home, we are so grateful many thanks to Jan & his team for making our dreams come true 💜

Mortgage Line is a 5 Star Service
Mortgage Line made our experience so easy and seemless. It can be daunting to go through the mortgage process as first time buyers, but our adviser Ronan made us feel at ease from the get go. Ronan was friendly and on hand to answer any of our queries in a prompt manner, and always gave us sound advice. The guys at the broker team to name Oisin but a few were also so helpful when he flagged any potential issues with our documents so it can be fixed pre-emptively. I would 100% recommend Mortgage Line as they will not let you down and they provide a 5 star service.

It was really useful to have someone prompting me to switch over my mortgage when the time came. I probably would have forgotten about it and continued with the old provider longer than necessary otherwise.
The switchover process was made easy since everything was taken care of and I was told what to do every step of the way. I also appreciate that I was able to be involved as much or as little as I liked regarding finding my own home insurance. So overall it saved me a lot of time and headache in the process, but when I wanted to step in I could.
