After switching jobs I didn't think I could get a mortgage. Mayur helped explore my options and helped me get approved. Plenty of set backs during the sale process (on the sellers side) but having a broker helped me not be the one causing things to slow down. It helped to have a team of experienced people to lean on when surveys came back with findings etc

When I started my mortgage journey a few months ago, I was very confused and lost. I decided to get a mortgage advisor and I am forever so glad that my random search lead me to Mortgage Line. I got to work with Jan Pawel as my main contact and what can I say, he was the most helpful and supportive advisor I could have asked for. Both him and his colleagues went above and beyond to help me and to get my application successfully completed.

I had a complex situation with my mortgage. I've browsed all the banks and a few mortgage brokers. In the end, I chose MortgageLine. I'm 100% satisfied with their service. They were always helpful, they knew all the time the little details, catches, they guided me trough the process on a high level of professional way. They replied at all the time with a very fast reponse time. I've got a great assistance, they managed the mortgage with the best conditions for me. I'd pick them again next time, it's a no brainer.

Jan was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process, from gathering documentation to helping us review properties and make informed decisions. I don't believe this process would have been as smooth without his help. Having someone with his knowledge and expertise made a significant difference, and we are truly grateful for his assistance.

We'd like to thank especially Michael who had done so much for us! His advice was 100%; spot on at every stage of the process. There are so many cowboys out there who have no idea. Michael was excellent. Our case was tricky and his judgement got it over the line.

Michael and the team and MortgageLine were a great support throughout my mortgage journey. They were available for any questions that I had, and they explained everything in understandable terms. I realised early on that there were no "stupid" questions with them, which gave me a lot of confidence in asking about any points that I had doubts about. They made what can be a difficult process much much easier. I felt, at every stage, that I was in good hands

It takes a while to complete mortgage application and get approval from the bank. However mortgageline people were always on it and informed us straight away.
We had very good experience working with Jan, we recommended them sincerely.

Jan and the team at MortgageLine were there every step of the way to assist us in navigating the purchase of our first home. From finding the best mortgage that suits our needs to talking us through a detailed breakdown of health insurance and mortgage protection packages, they were always available to answer any questions and clear up any concerns we had. We would not have been able to secure our home without their stellar and in-depth service. The cost was also minimal, particularly compared to some other leading competitors. I can't recommend them highly enough.
