Jarome was super helpful

Jarome was super helpful , very good at explaining and asking if I needed anything else for the insurance I was looking for.
It was lovely to be able to talk to a person and not do it on line . It made me feel a lot more sure of what I was getting .

Renewed my policy today and Sue was…

Renewed my policy today and Sue was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about my specialist policy, which made it easy to renew and saved a lot of time in the renewal process. A first class and professional service.
I wish more companies had people like Sue - life would be so much easier.

Great Customer Service

I contacted Morton Michel for 2 quotes, one for home insurance including business cover and another for public liability.
Sue dealt with my home insurance and was prompt, informative, polite and prepared to answer all of my questions and help wherever she could. Great service.
Anthony assisted me with my public liability insurance and called back at an arranged time to ensure my needs were met. He again was very polite, informative and dealt with my quote and queries in a prompt manner.
Thank you very much to both, very professional and a pleasure to talk to.

So far so good

So far so good. I had good customer contact with Daisy Mayers-Oliver, she was efficient and exactly what you would want from an advisor. I did have a slight admin issue with the documents sent through, I called up, spoke to someone called Steve, and he made the amendment I needed without issue.

Terelle Davis Noel-excellent customer service

I had the pleasure of speaking to Terelle Davis-Noel today who was very helpful in setting up my insurance policy. He was professional throughout our conversation, answered all the questions that I had and showed great patience throughout the call. He was professional in conduct and made me feel reassured in using your company. He is a real credit to Morton Michel.

Policy is not fit for purpose

Policy is not fit for purpose. Zero customer service. Absolute con. Why have mm have 1 star on general reviews but 4.9 on trust pilot? I smell a rat.
16/10- thank you for your prompt reply. As my broker, I expected a reasonable standard of support, knowledge and professionalism. However, MM have totally extracted themselves by telling me to contact the insurance company. I have been dumped by MM as if I was a live grenade. The insurer still has not acknowledged the complaint that MM say they forwarded onto them, 17 days ago. Was it ever sent? The support and service is disgusting. I will be contacting the ombudsman. No point in me contact you Rebecca in MM. Experience has taught me over and over again, that nothing is ever achieved by contacting MM. MM have made so many errors that have cost me thousands of pounds. Others should avoid at all cost.
UPDATE. I tried to contact Ms Henwood - waste of time. MM have demonstrated appalling honesty and efficiency and customer service. They have blamed the insurance company but the fault lies with them. There is no consistency. MM promised various things but have not maintained this. MM admitted faults but have failed to correct them. Sloppy and unprofessional. So many errors. No one will take responsibility in MM.. Ombudsman will be investigating. MM have not been fair to us as customers. This is a requirement. In addition, we have spent about 60 hours in basic correspondence to MM.

Great service, getting a quote was made easy..

I spoke to Sarita to get a quote for our nursery Happy Trails Play. Sarita was always courteous, yet highly professional and answered all my questions. Sarita responded to all my emails within the hour, worked efficiently with the underwriters , did her best to get the best price and I got my quote quickly which I accepted. I also love the product with all the added benefits . Overall a 5 star service , great product and great people.

Car Insurance

I've used Morton Michel for many years as a broker for my childcare setting car insurance. I can not fault their service in any way. It has been so wonderful to be able to pick up the phone and speak to a person, usually the lovely Sue P, and get help and support with any query. Now my business has closed I will certainly miss your customer service. Thank you so much for all your help.
