Goated brand, always the best quality.

Quality of the products are really good and the prices are reasonable. The customer service could be much better and would be nice if Mosquets would communicate in English, as there are many foreign customers. All with all, the brand is great.

Unique designs, fast delivery and the quality is top notch. Really can't complain. One of my go-to brands for sure.

First and foremost the quality of the clothing is out of this world. Many other brands that claim they have the best quality can’t even get up to the standard mosquets offers. The shipping may not be the fastest , that also may differ in other countries , but the customer support is always there to help and reach out quickly and effectively answer your questions. I’ve put my friends on their clothing many times and they don’t disappoint

I have ordered several times and it was really good every time. I recieved the package very quick. The quality of the products are really nice. I have bought it 2 years ago and it still wear it. I have returned a jacket once and i got store credit the same value as the jacket + some extra money.

i have bought two T shirts and one jersey for only 35€, where normal price should be 140€~.

Overall great quality products, delivery time (I’m in Spain) is good in general. I understand this is not a big company “yet”, so I understand if the delivery takes some time to ship. I would say I’m pleased with the service and products!!

Ordered a big one - 250€. Took them nearly two months to deliver the clothing in first place. I then returned it over a month ago and never got any money back and I get no replies from their „support“ which is non existing.

the hoodie i bought said it was 100 percent cotton in description but i received a hoodie made in china with 48 percent polyester. They have dhl shipping when buying but for some reason my cargo was sent with gsl, which is known for not being the best shipping company lol

Returned a big order more than a month ago and getting the money back takes a little to long. i am trying to get in contact with the customer support but i'm getting no response ever since.

Hope that this will be fixed and that the owner sees this so it can be fixed, because the items are good and i like the brand overall.

Update 22 April: Still no answer!

I’m waiting for my refund since 5 weeks now. I followed up again giving a deadline - if no payment is done, I will need to go through a lawyer …

My boyfriend requested a refund in December, but he still hasn‘t received his money. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company, they either ignore him or keep making excuses. It seems he‘s not the only one with this issue. We strongly advise against ordering from here!

Very disappointed, waited almost 2 months on my package and the quality was just ok

No communication, massive delays (> 30d), wrongly declared parcels (> 150%) resulting in way too high customs fee. Quality of the clothes seems fine, but all in - would not recommend. There are tons of others handling customer support way better.

I ordered a tracksuit set from the sale on the 15th, wanting to have it by the 26th. After a few days of not receiving the processed order email, I figured it wouldn't reach me by my deadline, so I contacted them on Instagram and email wanting to refund my order. I only got the same answers of the reasoning why they would their orders and shipping are delayed i.e., I got the same automated email reply.

Currently charging back with PayPal as when I made a claim they sent over a tracking update nearly 2 weeks after I wanted to refund my un-processed order. To top it all off, the order is lost in transit (not that I care).

Customer service is poor. I didn't see their story of getting delays when ordering (should have made a post!). Had I known this I would not have ordered.

Looking forward to getting my money back and not ordering from them again.

I have order some clothes on 09/09 and I have not received anything yet .
As there is no way to follow up your order on the site , I have wrote them an email where they just mentioned all orders were delayed whithout giving any estimation of delivery time . This is really bad customer service .

I tried to contact them on email and on instagram, but haven’t got an answer back. I wasn’t happy with a shirt a bought and wanted to return the shirt back. It’s very disappointing and I won’t be buying any items from this company again.

I have been getting things from Mosquets for a while now. Every.Single.Time - incredible quality of products, shipping is Excellent for just 10euros and takes only a few days (2-3). They are my favorite brand ever, creative, give off those “streetwear” vibes but dont take it too far with those insanely baggy pants and jerseys like other brands. I will be getting 2 pairs of Jorts in a few days as they have released some beautiful pieces. Trust in my review, they are incredible.

They need way to long to process returns. I always get the same answer "we have a lot to do...". I am still waiting after 4 weeks they still haven't porcessed my return. And you have to pay for the return...
