Fast service from an established British company
Bought new keys for our old Mossman trunk, which had been locked by accident. Received them in a couple of days and they worked perfectly. Top marks Mossman! So nice to see an old company still going strong!

The trunk is excellent for what I needed and of good robust quality at a reasonable price. The only downside is that it took ages to arrive and I found it hard to trace the delivery.

Firstly the delivery address was…
Firstly the delivery address was ignored, despite confirming this over the phone. Then after calling and explaining that you had delivered to the billing address, and promising to make a pick up the next day. FedEx were sent to the actual delivery address to pick up the trunk???

I can assure you that the information you provided was not ignored, a clerical error in our Despatch process meant that the item was sent to the billing address provided rather than the delivery address. We have now put measures in place to ensure that this does not happen again in future. As agreed the item was collected from the billing address at our expense and has since been delivered to the correct delivery address.
