Charged twice - sent duplicate orders
I appeared to have ordered and got charged for the same product twice from two different names of motardinn (Dressinn and Motardinn) although I’ve never been on dressinn website. I thought I’d just return one item but they require you to use a specific company to return the item. The cost of that (£11.99 - nonrefundable) was nearly half the price of the product I ordered (£25.98). So I’ve kept both although I don’t need both. Not a great experience.

I order from UK and its specifically says dispatching from UK then ten days later says "when reaching UK you will receive a tracking number" load of rubbish after 2 weeks still waiting as it don't come from uk, god knows where it comes from. The delivery time is terrible

As described. No customs or VAT to pay in the UK as stated in description which is great. Well priced and delivery was a day earlier than indicated. Good fit, ordered a UK size 10 (my shoe size)which equated to a E.U. 45 and no issues. Build quality seems excellent. Slight scuff on plastic ankle protection but looks a manufacturing blemish. Overall very pleased.

The delivered item had a variation from the ordered item so it did not fit in my helmet, I would wish to send it back for an exchange for the right product. The delivery was however on time and well packaged.
