Good prices but very slow service and bad advice.
Unfortunately my experience with this webshop was not the best. The moment I placed my order for a leather motorjacket, which was on 28.11.2025, delivery was "promised" between 03 and 05.12.2025. Being only shipped ten days after I placed the order, I received my leather jacket on 15.12.2025. Upon receipt the jacket appeared to be too small. Although this was the size advised by Motardinn in correspondance with my own measurements, as I was barely able to move my arms and it was not possible to close the jacket without brute force or at risk of suffocation from my side. Same evening I requested for a return, which was accepted without any problems and the jacket was returned and dropped off at the parcelservice by me on 18.12.2025. On the 24.12.2025 the jacket was received by Motardinn according to the courierservice which was used by them. Waiting for two weeks, there was no reaction yet so I contacted the company by mail and I received a reply that at that time returns delivered on the 23rd where being processed and packages received later would likely be processed the following days thereafter. On 02.01.2026 I contacted them again and received the same answer that they were processing packages that they were processing packages received on the 23rd and... Being not very happy with how things were going I commented on this and finally on 13.01.2026, 20 days after they had received my return, I received the confirmation that my parcel was being processed and that i could expect my refund soon. Today I finally received my refund, but not before Motardinn deducted the shipping expenses for the return, even though I ordered the jacket in that size upon their advice. As such this was also my last order with this company!

Product itself (Gerbing Xtreme Cosmo) is great, but Tradeinn sent an incomplete kit. The essential £30 battery harness and Y-cables were missing. Customer service refused to send the missing parts and demanded a costly international return instead. Currently pursuing a Section 75 claim through my bank to get the missing parts funded.Avoid this seller if you want a complete order.this is a sneaky method to make up for the reduction for uk import charges.you have been warned

I ordered a Furygan Apalaches Evo…
I ordered a Furygan Apalaches Evo jacket from Motardinn. Price was £80 cheaper than in the U.K.
Service and communication was brilliant, funnily though it took less time for the jacket to get from Spain to the U.K than it did to get the last 30 miles by Royal Mail.
The jacket itself is great value for money and an excellent fit from a respected manufacturer, I highly recommend this too.
I would most definitely recommend Motardinn to anyone.

Let down by lousy shipping
Great prices, good communication. Terrible shipping, they use SPRING GDS [look at reviews] who are appallingly slow, garbage tracking system. Package shipping to Australia sat for 8 days saying "in Transit" then after saying "EXPORTED" did not move for another 18 days, very disappointing for what otherwise is a great shopping site.

Have some orders before but last two orders was horrible.
Bought Revit Vision Pol Tarres jacket for good price + extra sale cupon, So the price was great And best on market. And that should be problem? After four weeks, I had to canceled the order becouse wasnt still shipped. Even though they still offred it as avalible and ready to shipped whit delivery in few days.
Same was it whit my second item I bought, Revit Solar mid layer jacket. Wasnt shipped, and after tree weeks they send me a message that the jacket is not avalible. But offered me to change the item for another jacket, gave me four option but all was riding jacket. Ask them to change the jacket for the same but other color, that have they stock, but that they refused.
Dont know whats happened now, becouse the orders I made before was always shipped fast...
To be honest, I don't want to shop here anymore. Even though the prices are great, you can't count on getting the goods now.
The only good thing was that they communicated.

We offer a wide variety of products, many of which are in stock at our logistics centre for immediate dispatch and others are listed with a longer delivery date, meaning they come from other warehouses.
When you select one of these products you are given an estimated delivery date based on the transit time of the product to our logistics centre (from where all orders are sent) and the shipping time according to the transport company you have chosen.
We do our best to constantly improve our service, but occasionally, due to stock shortages, duplicate orders and working in real time with stock, some products are shown in stock but may be temporarily out of stock or delivery may be delayed.
In this case and unfortunately, we can only pass on to our customers the delivery times indicated by our suppliers.
Remember that you can modify or add items to your order from your account or cancel the order at any time if you prefer not to wait any longer for a product.
On the contrary, you will receive an email as soon as the order is shipped with the carrier's tracking number and the invoice.

After searching around online, this company had the helmet i wanted at the best price. said would be delivered in a week or so. Placed order. a few days later, delivery date goes back a whole month! I cancel the order online. Next day I enquire when i would receive my refund, to be told it takes up to 14 days to process refund, THEN a further 4-10 working days before funds will appear in my account. VERY disappointed! will never use again!
