DO NOT ORDER FROM MOTIONJEWELS, I made my order the 1st of February, still haven’t received my items, customer service is absolutely useless, no returns on emails, SCAM SCAM SCAM, I spent £130 pounds to receive nothing

My husband bought me a bracelet for my 40th Birthday in November wore a couple of times it's all discoloured. I've not had it near any products or water. I've been trying to make contact and upto now no reply.

Bought items on 24th September and still not received emails to say it has been shipped or in transit….what a con!!! Customer service is absolutely rubbish, no response from them whatsoever. Contacted Laybuy who I purchased items from and they aren’t any help either….total scumbags!!!

I can 100% guarantee you there jewelry is utter rubish so obviously well over priced...They must be adding fake reveiwes on there website maybe other sites as well..............
Also I can only think pepole leave reviews when they get there order, and yes it looks good before you wear it then it changes colour very quick, 2 weeks ish...It would be good if we could add pictures for all to see, doubt anyone would buy then!

Is the above your ‘lifetime warranty card?’

I am not sure if you can read English, but it clearly states replacement for ANY breakages!!!

If you co statute 2 days excessive wear, then your product is sub standard.

I will be reporting you to trading standards, filing a report to pay pal to retrieve my money back in full and I will be adding this email conversation to your LinkedIn and face book accounts if I do not receive a satisfactory response from you within 24 hours.

Made an order #4126 on Aug 6th . Products took to much time for me so I asked for a refund because I saw the order wasn’t even treated .
Since that ,No reply from their team .

Ordered a bracelet.27th may.took my money never heard anything from them.sent 4 emails to them and never had a reply.what a scam.should of checked trust pilot first can't afford to lose money.but it's obvious I've lost it and won't be able to get it back.please do not use motion jewels.

bought a chain paid £125 for it got a chain and 1st off not the chain I orderd 2nd it looked like I paid £10 for it its was so poor quality! Cheap looking emailed so many times the email address given keeps saying not in use if u don't give me money back I'll report u as fraud and get trading standards involved plus this company is in China yawen not UK like stated! Don't buy from this company!

I ordered a chain and have had 2 payments taken of me from laybuy with no product or Evan a tracking number or conformation email etc I've emailed the company and the Facebook page with no joy shocking

Scam Company!! Do not purchase from this website they will take your money & send you no items, they also sent me a tracking number to act as if my package was sent out only to have it delivered to a completely different address and when I contacted the carrier they said my name and address was not linked to that tracking number, I have received no reply to my emails or messages left on social media & any comment I left on there posts was quickly deleted, Clearpay also endorse these frauds so don’t feel safe ordering through them, it’s been 3 weeks and Clearpay are yet to refund me even though I’ve provided enough evidence & have evidence from previous customers stating they have also been scammed but yet they still associate themselves with this company

Very bad Customer sevice and also shipping, I dont got't any answer on email about my item #2561.
Motion Jawels don't send me package with item 5 days and also don't make any update I Think this is scam.

Edit: Today It was shipped when is arriving I make a update.

Shockingly bad quality jewellery paid 160 for necklace that turned pink after a week and made my sons neck green, emailed multiple times would say the have terrible customer service but there seems to be no costumer service at all nomatter how many time I email them I do not get a reply, also said London France based but its actually from China I paid £17 for delivery to come in a few days but it never came for weeks, avoid all costs unless u want scammed fake advertising and fake jewellery,

I ordered more than two weeks ago and have not received my order. It hasn’t even been dispatched! I’ve tried contacting the company but I’m getting no response. Would definitely never buy again think I got scammed.
