Not happy I ordered a chain on the 26th…

Not happy I ordered a chain on the 26th June have not received and sent numerous emails with not one response back, it says on the tracking it's failed delivery to GB so want a refund but cannot get a response, I understand delivery takes time but it's been ages and it's bad customer service to not even acknowledge a paying customer, I paid alot of money and I cannot afford to loose it....PLEASE REPLY

Very bad customer service

Bought a product 3 weeks ago and have not heard from the company despite trying several times to make contact. I have even dm them yet no response. My order (order number 1908) seems to have some how disappeared. Good customer service suggest that you respond to your emails. Refund or product please
