As a canadian, I purchased a product in italy and people are always weary about the cross border shopping. I had a very pleasant experience shopping with them, especially for the price.This is what attracted me to the website. Motorcycle soul deliver the products.However, was missing an item which was very odd and none appreciative. They should be a little more careful in how they pack the stuff. It's not very difficult.You look at the order.You place it in the box. They immediately corrected the issue and sent out the remaining parts. I would definitely buy from them and hopefully product will come without a problem.

Found a Kappa topcase at the best price and been offered an aditional discount. The package arrived within the 7 working days and the tracking info was good.

Purchased a combo package of Shad Terra 40 sidebags + 4p system side frames for cfmoto 450 mt. Top quality and fitted with no issues. All package was in very good condition as i orded from greece. I got a good deal as they were on sale and they informed me via email were the package was at all time.

I ordered a MC-helmet on 9. August 2025. I received an e-mail on 11. August, stating that after a second check the order was confirmed and there were no problems. Money was withdrawn from my account the same day. I haven’t heard anything about my order since then. I have tried to contact Motorcycle-soul via emails & Whatsapp with no response.

Second time I buy from them. Top company in every respect.

E-Mail Support has not answered for 90 with an issue with receiving my order. My order was sent back after me not picking it up (my bad on that part, it was sent to a package shop that's an hour trip for me that's only open at night, not their fault). I sent the a screenshot that said my package was being sent back. They did not believe me and wanted me to investigate for them. Their E-Mail support felt the need to vent at me after I said it's unbelievable that I haven't heard from them in 1 & 1/2 months and that I'll contact their payment provider. Within hours they answered and refunded me, because they're nice and I'm not (according to said support). Yea my bad but a 2 liner about me saying that I'll contact their payment provider and that it's unprofessional they haven't answered in that long doesn't warrant a several paragraph rant about what I should have done, 90 days later instead of just explaining their case to me.

Probably a good shop, I see that I acted wrong but their E-Mail support is borderline scary. I ordered in April, got a refund in after enduring whatever that was in August.
