A little bit long but arrived in good condition

Quite normal shopping experience but very good service response regarding a delivery problem. At the end problem was solved. Everything fine!

I bought a motorcycle helmet at Motorcycle Soul (Italy). They shipped the item fast without any delay. The transaction went perfect.

Ordered 4 items, got mail that everything was in stock and ready for shipment. Only got 3 items without any prior notification. Also no refund for fourth item until now.

Very good price and communication with the seller. Product delivered exactly as described and the helmet is really great and lightweight with very nice features. Fits perfectly on my head.
The only negative, even if it was known from the very beginning, the long shipping time. They should improve the shipping process and find a faster forwarder if necessary. With fast shipping time, it would definitely be a 5 star.

About Motorycycle Soul: I found great products (Macna Heated vest & gloves) in great price! My order dispatched from MS only in 2 days but it took more than 3 weeks for the courier company BRT to sent it from Italy to Athens, Greece. In the meantime the tracking service they provide gave zero tracking feedback after the first day!
At least the order came in perfect condition.
Cudos only to MS!

I had good contact with the company, they were respectful and tried to help.
The delivery was very late though, given the period (before xmas). It took THREE WEEKS from Italy to Greece! The delay was mostly processing not shipping, although the product was already available.
The product arrived fine and in good packaging.
The product was at good price but an older version (that is not in the market for more than two years!).

Beautiful helmets and super fast shipping to the USA...

Got what I paid for with a 20% discount and got it on time. What's not to like?

No reply to my two emails. I have flagged that the jacket does not function properly

The delivery time was longer than expected and the gloves appear to have already been worn. There was also a different charger than what was expected/pictured. Everything was somehow thrown together in the package. Unfortunately I need the gloves this week, so I'm not sending them back.

Very slow delivery, made an order 21 days ago and still waiting on the products, and I am living in a european country. It took them like 2 weeks just to send the products, if you like waiting then go for it!

The online experience was great due to the massive information available, great description and very good price. Shipping time was almost 3 weeks which is enourmous but was worthed for the great price and discount obtained.

Goods is ok, price as described. Communication is very average. You will not receive any invoice. Also you will not get a VAT deduction, even if you are an EU member company.
But you receive welcome discount and also free freight for equivalent order.
Also be prepared for some waiting and patience, it's not the fastest shop. delivery via BRT/DPD.

VAT free invoice was asked by order, also VAT ID was submitted by order. No response. I am in EU bussines law more then 20 years.

I didn't have issues with the product: it came in perfect conditions and it is a high quality product. But it arrived late and I didn't have a feedback from the customer service so I had no idea if my order was being processed or not.
