Prompt service

Absolutely first class service from this family run company. I ordered set of front wheel bearings but due to a part number mixup they where incorrect. A quick phone call and a new set was sent out which I received the following day at no extra cost to myself. Fantastic service - I wanted some hydraulic hoses for a Ducati project I've been working on but I wanted them to a slightly different spec to the standard offering. I contacted a few of the companies, most of whom said they couldn't help.

The one exception was Arnie at Motorcycle Products. He took the time to enquire with his supplier on my behalf and then confirmed that, yes, he could help me.

So I placed the order and literally 40 hours later, 3 custom made hydraulic hoses came through my letter box. I didn't think for one moment that they could possibly have arrived that quickly.

It's so refreshing to find a company with a proper passion and understanding of the love of motorcycles and a willingness to help others.

You've definitely gone to the top of my list of places to look for parts. Thank you.

Bought some fork seals and dust seals for an Aprilia RSV. Motorcycle Products had the best price and were in stock.Delivery was speedy and when they arrived were a great fit and quality. I’m a very happy customer.
