This business is the best I have dealt with ever. Pre order they were interested and helpful with my initial enquiry. They genuinely wanted to ensure I got the right product and I am sure would have turned down a sale rather than sell me sometyI did not need. In the event my purchase met my needs and they continued their interest so that future customers could benefit from the knowledge gained.

Fantastic service - I wanted some hydraulic hoses for a Ducati project I've been working on but I wanted them to a slightly different spec to the standard offering. I contacted a few of the companies, most of whom said they couldn't help.

The one exception was Arnie at Motorcycle Products. He took the time to enquire with his supplier on my behalf and then confirmed that, yes, he could help me.

So I placed the order and literally 40 hours later, 3 custom made hydraulic hoses came through my letter box. I didn't think for one moment that they could possibly have arrived that quickly.

It's so refreshing to find a company with a proper passion and understanding of the love of motorcycles and a willingness to help others.

You've definitely gone to the top of my list of places to look for parts. Thank you.
