Wrong parts, bad return

I typed in cars reg. Number, got the (apperently) correct part, ordered and received a completely wrong part. Received a return form from motodoc., sent in return by parcel services to given adress in return form. Motordoc claims the parcel was delivered to the wrong "building", their shop and not return warehouse. Had a total of 18 emails and 3 phonecalls without them accepting the shipment of the parcel was received, even though it was sent to the adress give by them self. Total wase of money and time! Never use this company, scam!

And receiving the answer below after giving a bad review just supports the bad experience by this company. Why should a critical review give any better or different customer support? The customer support should be the same for all, it should not be needed to write a review to get support from the company.
