A scam same as the others

Same as the others, guy with Indian accent called me. He called himself teacher. Wanted me to buy the report, never click on a link you don't trust guys!!

This is a known scam on FB but new to me on autotrader where they share their WhatsApp and voice call etc.

Highly suspect this is a scam

Highly suspect this is a scam. Exactly the same experience as other reviews. Similar sounding guy insisting I pay for a vehicle check, not willing to pay for it himself, not willing to accept any other checks other than his website, not willing to view the car. Smells phishy.

I've had a guy with an indian accent…

I've had a guy with an indian accent called "Peter" contact me today,he has been on autotrader looking at cars for sale and stated he would like my address so he can come straight after work. He asked if I could whatsapp him. I agreed to whatsapp him, he sent me a link to Motoreport asking me to provide him with a motoreport on my car. Only thing is if someone is interested in purchasing your car, they do these checks themselves. So Peter was trying to scam me, by fetching my personal details through his link to motoreport. Peter is clearly a scammer. Thank you to the other person (Sedat) who posted a review on trust pilot about motoreport as this helped me recognise that my instinct about Peter being a scam were correct.

Scam

Scam. Stay away!
These scammers (currently) have a bad strategy. The web sites have the same exact design and structure. Check the "About" page of this web sites and you'll see same exact stock photos of 4 Asian people as their agents with English names.
They're too lazy not to repeat themselves.
