The process to purchase the car was…
The process to purchase the car was satisfactory as each stage was explained fully & we were able to consider various financing options to suit our circumstances. Courtney promised everything would be ready for the day after when we collected the vehicle including it being taxed. However our appointment was at 14.30 but we weren’t seen until 45 minutes later. The car tax hadn’t been sorted out & we had to wait until someone had gone to the post office to sort arrange that. We were passed to another salesperson to finalise the paperwork but it was all very rushed. The girl did her best & was very professional but had to keep checking what had been done & what needed to be done. We feel that the collection process should have been more organised.

We are currently reviewing our handover procedures and internal scheduling to ensure that all administrative tasks, including vehicle taxing, are completed well in advance of customer arrival times. O.k trade-in value for my VW Polo.
On collection day had 13:00 appointment but kept waiting for 45 minutes.
I provide 2 working remote control car keys on trade-in of the Polo but only given one working key for the SEAT Arona the other did not work. Told the salean on initial visit but nothing done.
On collection day was looked after by Lucas Cherry who was superb throughout and he promised to sort out the key problem which is now in hand.

I was served by Joe, who was very helpful, there was no pressure buying or forcing to get unnecessary products, gave me good advise and was very very friendly. Made the whole process smooth, and I was able to get my car on the same day without any fuss.
