Both myself and my wife have used Motorpoint in the past and again within the last 2 weeks. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends. The recent experience at both Peterborough and Chingford was impeccable. The members of staff I dealt with in trading in my Ford motor car were enthusiastic, competent and very helpful. Such a breath of fresh air from my recent and past experiences at Ford Dealers.

Buying a car from Motorpoint was a vast improvement on my previous experiences of buying from regular dealers. The whole process was more professional and felt more honest. They were also relaxed, keeping the car I had reserved without complaining when I deferred my visit twice, and accommodating my late arrival (due to a tube strike). I would buy from them again. If you go to the Chingford store, ask for an appointment with Maddie. She does an excellent job.

We sold a car to Motorpoint today and I must share my experience.
The whole team are extremely welcoming and polite and very open and honest. Ibo checked our car initially on Sunday and was honest and very helpful when advising on what we needed to go away and do to get the best price we can for the car for example an oil service. We returned 2 days later, waited for less than an hour, whilst the car was inspected, in the comfortable seating areas where we were offered tea or coffee. A very lovely lady (sorry didn't grab her name) and a very helpful guy named Andy joined us and explained that the offer was slightly less than the online offer due to the alloys being chipped, but the drop was very respectable and we were not disappointed at all. We accepted the offer and the funds were in my account immediately. What a great service from everyone and a great outcome for us. Compared to other companies we had previously had contact with Motorpoint Chingford excelled them all. Very professional, none of this plastic office in a car park rubbish. Definitely recommend! A++++

Your response does not answer the complaint. The fact is that you were not transparent when I asked if any damage had occurred to the car. You did not disclose the fact that damage had occurred to parts of the car and it had been resprayed, knowing that I would not have bought the car if you had told me this. Its not a case of miscommunication as you state, its a clear case of being lied to in order to sell the car. I should therefore be compensated for this.

Great customer service

Great experience! We were very well looked after by Zeynep. We had some delays with exchanging our car (our own fault) and she did what she could to speed things up and kept us updated throughout.

No hard sell, just great service. She called afterwards to check everything was OK and remind us of the aftercare available.

I got an overall level of first class service that far exceeded anything that I have received from a main dealer. The car itself came in looking as brand new. Zeynep Salman who did the vehicle handover, and Raj Ranga the sales person who sold me the car did a flawless job and were both extremely pleasant and patient. I'd happily recommend Motorpoint to anyone. My friend also bought a car from Motorpoint and again the service was excellent

This was the first time I had bought a new car in many years, and I found both staff members that I dealt with to be friendly, helpful and efficient.
The first time I visited the site to have a look at what was available, Ibrahim helped me. Although I had an idea of what I wanted, when nothing was immediately available he suggested an alternative that I hadn't even thought of, which I really liked and ended up buying! He answered all my questions and explained things clearly and simply, so there was no misunderstanding.
When I returned a week later to collect the car, I was helped by Zeynep. The showroom was really busy with lots of customers, but Zeynep took the time to talk me through everything and made the process as straightforward as possible. I also appreciated the follow up phone call she made the next day, to make sure everything was okay and I was happy with the car.
I would certainly recommend the company to anyone I know who's thinking of buying a new car.

The Chingford branch always has a great selection of cars, myself and my partner always find a unique looking car whether it’s the spec, design or colour. Motorpoint also offered us a great price on our previous vehicle, and the selling process is very quick and easy.
