Steven was great when I purchased my car, spoke me thru the whole process and made me feel at ease without any pressure

The service myself and my mum received at motorpoint edinburgh was excellent.. From first entering the showroom, to the purchase and pickup of my car. The staff couldn't be more helpful, friendly, relaxed atmosphere, with no pressure whatsoever. Connor was the salesperson who initially dealt with the sale , then when I picked the car up, another sales person dealt with us and the manager helped us with all documentation etc. Everything was dealt with smoothly and with no worries about endless amounts of paperwork etc... couldn't be happier with the service we received, thanks to all the staff at motorpoint edinburgh. Would definitely highly recommend and cannot fault anything .

From start to finish the whole process was very efficient. Never felt pressured to purchase & customer service was the best I’ve ever had in buying a car.
We purchased and drove away on the same day and it only took 2 hours. Would defo recommend Motorpoint.

From first walking in to driving away with my new car I was allowed to go at my own pace. I was not pressured into anything and my contact ( Steven) was knowledgeable and even found the answer to a couple of questiona i had.

The salesperson was very informative, polite and friendly. The whole transaction was very easy and we were supported throughout. A follow up query to customer care services was also resolved very efficiently and to my complete satisfaction . Well done Edinburgh Motorpoint .

The salesman was exceptional, gave us so much assistance and information to help us decide on which car we wanted to purchase for out daughter. The coffee in the salesroom is as good as COSTA. I’d highly recommend, a great experience.

Easy buying process, great selection of cars, competitive pricing, good clear communication, usual upselling but not pushy.
Purchased car was in excellent condition and impeccably clean inside and out.
Observed condensation inside near side front headlight unit, noted by sales agent and advised to contact Motorpoint if problem persists in future and it will be addressed.

My daughter hadn't driven a manual car for a number of years and Lewis, who was dealing with our purchase, took the time to take her out and let her get used to the controls. He was extremely helpful and made things go very smoothly.

Great experience at the Edinburgh store. Found me the perfect car with a great trade in price for my old car! All staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Connor Paton who went above and beyond to answer all my questions. Will definitely be a returning customer.
