All went ok but i went to Stockton to pick it up and it wasn’t ready 5 hour round trip from Manchester. Had to wait another week before I got the car . I was disappointed by the standard of the detailing, apart from the paint job on the passenger side wing which was satisfactory, there were two areas where two chips on the door and the wing had been dabbed with paint, which looks uneven and not finished to a good standard

Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Car very good as well

Adam and Ryan were very helpful and made the whole car buying process very smooth. Car was a good price and as described.

Amazing service, Kaylum was fab, price was on point and the service overall was high standard.

Straight forward with no hassle

We purchased our car from Motorpoint in Manchester. The salesman Ben was very polite and helpful he answered all our questions, and helped us with the transaction which made it easy for us. Thank you Ben.

Picked up a Kia Picanto, the staff were amazing, and there was no pressure to make a sale and couldn’t help enough. Ben Faulkner was our sales rep and explained everything and was very professional. Price of the car was worth every penny.

Motor point offered me the best price for my car, more than the part exchange offer I got for my new car. They are very professional and very thorough so sellers beware! If your car has any in-perfections that you have not declared, they will find them and your quote will be reduced accordingly. I have no issue with this at all, it's exactly as it should be and as they advertise. Paperwork etc could have been simpler if the agent had asked me to bring in a settlement figure for that day (had to call the finance company for the figure), other than that the money went through very quickly. Looking at their set up I would think that if you bought a car from them you could be certain that is was good. Would definitely use again.

Easy way all good

Made an appointment at mancherster branch for Saturday morning turned up given my valuation and then told no mechanic in till Monday, so having agreed a price pending mechanic report went away leaving the car there . Why not tell you this before you arrive on a weekend . So no phone call by 1400hrs so I had to phone them to find out where my money was only to be told they didnt want my car because the engine oil was milky and my head gasket had blown . Total rubbish , collected my car and went to my mechanic who inspected the oil and tested the engine no blown head gasket it was normal residue from a car that doesn't do a lot of running temp running mainly stop start trips .
Wouldn't use or advise anyone to use them because there mechanics are obviously not real ones

From the website, to George in the office to Ben and Abdul in the depot… positive / professional. The smoothest purchase of a car we have ever had. Any concerns / glitches ironed out - patient and nothing was too much trouble… excellent customer service. Will be returning as 2 other family members need wheels. It was refreshing as sadly Skoda, Cupra and Toyota had largely ignored us on entering their showrooms. Only MG (Stockport & Knutsford) and Peugeot showed us what a good buying experience should look like. What’s happened to the art of selling? Our faith has been restored for now. We got the right car (Hyundai Kona at a good price and a fair trade in deal).

Kaylem was brilliant he made the deal go very smooth, nothing was too much trouble.He went the extra mile.

It was a great experience – everything was really quick and easy. Ben was really lovely and took the time to go through everything with me. He showed great knowledge and explained things clearly, which made the whole process feel straightforward. He was also really supportive throughout. There was also another lovely gentleman who helped me when I came to collect the car. He made the process really quick and easy again, and I was able to drive my new car away in less than an hour.

Overall, it was a really positive experience and I would definitely recommend Motorpoint to any friends or family members who are looking for a car.

Ben dealt with me and was friendly, efficient and professional although his only disadvantage was being a Burnley fan! 🤣

My wife and I have just purchased our second car from Motorpoint Manchester a BMW after previously buying a Mercedes-Benz CLA from them. Once again, the whole process was smooth and stress free.

I don't want to be hassled I want to identify the car I want and do what's needed to be able to drive away in it. Mototpoint helped me do that without all the additional "faff"

I did the online valuation of my car I wanted to sell, and it came back very favourably I was honest regards damage ect.
I turned up at my appointment time had my documents scanned they took my key examined my car, approximately half an hour later came back and gave me the figure quoted online.
I thought they were really easy to deal with and the whole experience was very pleasant, I would highly recommend motor point regards selling a car.
