I would especially like to thank Adam Arshad, who was exceptional from the very beginning. Adam was friendly, professional, patient, and genuinely committed to helping me throughout the entire process. He made everything simple, clear, and completely stress-free. No question was too much trouble, and he was always available to provide support and guidance.
What impressed me most was how quickly and efficiently everything was handled. From selecting the vehicle to arranging the finance and completing all the paperwork, everything was completed within just a few hours. The whole process was smooth, well-organised, and far easier than I expected.
The entire Motorpoint team was welcoming, professional, and highly knowledgeable. It is clear that they have excellent management and a strong customer-focused culture. I felt valued and looked after at every stage of the journey.

From the moment we stepped into Motorpoint Manchester I felt welcomed and at ease.
Kaylum helped us with absolutely everything. Id never had PCP before, he explained simply and easily, and every step asked if I was ok with it and if I had any questions. We gave him a budget and an idea of what I wanted. I couldn't be more impressed and pleased with what he came back with.
Some suggestions that fit, and some "out of the box" ones too so I could compare.
Finally choosing a car, picking it up. The whole process, even the after sales has been attentive and easy. I will DEFINITELY recommend the team, Kaylum and the store to anyone who needs a new car. Thank you.

Bought a car from Motorpoint Manchester and Dina could not have been more professional or helpful. I also part exchanged a car and got a very good price for the car I exchanged.
We were seen on time all paperwork completed and the car was in excellent condition Dina checked and test drove our old car and completed all the paperwork needed.

We've bought 3 cars from the Manchester branch over the last 5 years. Their prices are always the best and the cars have been top class. The customer service is second to none. Ryan is a very good manager at that branch and when we want to trade in our car again for a newer model we'll be going back to motorport!

Nobody pressurising you when you are making decisions to purchase a vehicle.
Overall a pleasant experience which I did get the car I had been looking for at a good competitive price. The staff were very helpful on the day, also when I had a query the following day and contacted the dealership at Manchester.

Kaylum was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and was the brilliant person behind the whole process. Probably the best car sale process we’ve experienced because of him! Staff were always polite, helpful and understanding. The process of buying a car was slow with lots of form signing on a phone so no chance to read what one was signing for. A verbal communication may not be as accurate as the written word. All in all it was a good experience.
