The young lad Harley, who is a trainee, was very helpful and what he wasn’t sure of he asked his superiors I.e. Charlie. From the moment of enquiry we were kept up to date with emails. The prices are also very competitive with the market today. This is a very recent purchase so hopefully the good customer service continues.

Process straight forward online with a wide range of cars with low mileage. Pick up organised with pleasent staff who transferred DVLA paperwork with no issues. However, need to improve the check list process at handover, dispite stating items had been done prove not to be correct i.e, service done by Motorpoint, but service book not stamped, service log not cleared on car computer, locking wheel nut supplied dispite being told it was. That said issues resolved, but should have not been an issue by closer checking.

This was the second time that I purchased my car from Motorpoint. I wanted to appreciate all the support that I received from both Motorpoints branches in Derby and Portshmouth. My Nissan Xtrail had to move from Derby to Portsmouth. Because of a few days dely, they waived the transport charge which i really appreciate it. In Portsmouth, everything was very smooth both for part exchange and also collecting my new vehicle. After I got my new car, the sales person who was a lovely lady, contacted me and booked an MOT for my car which will be due in less than three months. All charges including the MOT and services will be paid by Motorpoint. I strongly recommend Motorpooint to everyone because of their high quality cars, great prices, and also great support after sale. Misleading, time wasters.
Motorpoint gave me a car valuation based upon my information on the car's condition and mileage. 4 days later I bring the car to their Portsmouth site, the rep agrees on the condition of the car being very good, mileage has increased by only 40 miles, full service history, fresh MOT, top spec Corolla. They drop the valuation by just under £500 for no reason. In four days. They must think they can rip people off. The rep said it's all automated offers, they cant adjust anything but then immediately says the manager has said they can increase it by a £100!?Thought it was all automated pricing? Absolute BS.
Obviously I don't recommend them, you can put them in the same bracket as webuyanycar..and that's not a compliment in the slightest. To pre-empt their saving face generic 'were sorry on this occasion we couldn't help' reply, don't waste your time like you wasted mine. People should know that you'll try to rip them off and without reason break an agreement made in good faith.

Really quick and easy purchasing of…
Really quick and easy purchasing of car. My customer service rep Josh went above and beyond and was really friendly, calm and listened to what I wanted which is more than main dealerships. I located the car I wanted and started the process. Josh kept me up to date and most the process I could do online. I went in to do the finance parts and check costs etc… this could have been done over the phone but as I lived close I decided to go in. Josh is a real credit to the organisation.
