Purchase process very easy and good part exchange value given for my vehicle. Handover poor. Not enough time devoted to showing me controls, infotainment system etc. had to test drive alone in unfamiliar area. When cleaning vehicles myself I could see that the preparation was poor with several marks I had to remove myself. Owned the car for just over a week and fan is very noisy. No written warranty with the car, all documents online I presume. Process of warranty claim not explained

I would like to share my experience with my recent vehicle purchase at Motorpoint Portsmouth.
First and foremost, I would like to give a special mention to Finn Harrison. Although he was not my designated sales advisor, Finn was always there whenever I visited the branch and was incredibly helpful every single time. He stepped up to assist with the communication and the booking process, taking care of scheduling and rescheduling my appointments to ensure everything was looked after. Finn showed outstanding professionalism and is a fantastic asset to your branch.
While there were some shortcomings with my sales process and the paperwork, the incredible dedication shown by Finn completely saved my experience.
I also had to return later for some final adjustments to the car, and I am grateful to Riley, for everything he did. His hard work and support ensured that all the work on the vehicle was completed properly and to a high standard.
Please ensure that this feedback is passed on to them, as they truly deserve the highest recognition for their outstanding customer care.

Yes he wanted to make a sale but he wasn’t pushy like some Seles people I’ve met in the past. Good customer sales service in the…
Good customer sales service in the showroom itself. However the company doesn't;t have a CHIP and PIN machine. Hence you can't easily use a physical card or Apple Pay. Not sure why this is the case in this day and age.

It was an efficient service to order car i found the person who dealt with us at motorpoint in Portsmouth rather arogrant he was quite rude around me not wanting to add extras and made me feel uncomfortable. I also feel that the car should of been fully charged so I did not have to stop on way home.
