Fast, smooth and very quick to process
Experience was good. The salesman (albeit we already had a car reserved via the website) was well mannored, friendly and made the whole experience easy and smooth.
Only nitpick is that the car had a couple small scuffs and fabric interrior coming away on the doors that were not otherwise mentioned on the website, unfortunately due to it being used (only has 10k miles). They were not willing to reduce the price at all but they weren't bad enough to not make us want the car anyway.

Amazing experience
Visited Motorpoint with my daughter in view to her getting a new car, was greeted by Finn who was very polite and allowed us to view all the cars. He was very professional and friendly as was Charlie, brilliant team work.
My daughter didn’t buy one unfortunately but I was confident enough to go down next day on my own and Wesley found me a Jeep that was in my price range. There was no pressure at any time. They made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Charlie kept me in touch and still no pressure to buy. I picked my car up, px my car.
The experience was absolutely amazing, from start to finish. They are all so efficient, knowledgeable, polite, very professional and an above all fantastic team of people. I would highly recommend Motorpoint

Visited Motorpoint with my mum as I was…
Visited Motorpoint with my mum as I was looking to PX my car in. Was greeted by Finn who was lovely and welcoming.
Had been to a main dealership before popping in and had felt really pressured.
Finn let us wander round and take a look at any cars, and we both felt comfortable and said how much of a different experience it was. He was knowledgeable and helpful and suggested cars within my budget and did what he could to make this work. There was absolutely no pressure at all.
Gave me a great price to PX my car too.
Mum was so pleased with how we were treated and how comfortable she felt that she has also now purchased a car.
Finn was fantastic and sent me a follow up after I left with some suggestions for cars that would work!
Sadly I was unable to obtain the finance however have agreed with Finn to keep in touch and hopefully make something work in the next few months.
Finn is an asset to the team and I’m excited to buy a car from him in the future.

Finn and Megan were so helpful and patient with me whilst I was on my car shopping journey. As I was unsure of what I wanted this made the choice even more difficult... Finn and Megan went above and beyond to help find a car for me but unfortunately it just wasn't the car for me. Even though I did not end up buying from here I would recommend them to anyone as they were really knowledgeable and friendly to liaise with. When I am back in the market for a new car again I will be sure to head back here for a browse :)

Amazing team at Portsmouth Branch!
Recently bought my new Volvo from motorpoint in Portsmouth. Megan Standing was my sales executive and I cannot fault her at all!! I was made to feel so welcome from the moment I walked in. She really did listen to exactly what I wanted and then found my perfect car on site that day! She also sorted out everything else I needed so apart from a couple of signatures she did it all for me. The car had a couple of little marks that were rectified before sale with no problems! The whole team in Portsmouth were great and all joined in for a chat and coffee! 100% recommend the whole team for all your car needs.
