Swansea Motorpoint have lovely staff. Kiran Anthony and Reece Aylott were friendly, patient and respectful, answering all my questions and helping me through the process when I part exchanged my car. I never felt rushed or pressured. They are both a credit to the company, giving excellent customer service. No need to go anywhere else. Happy with my new car too!

Excellent experience! Collected a used car today from Motorpoint Swansea. We were greeted at the door by Reece who was very natural and welcoming. He took us to see the vehicle (as we had reserved it on-line) and gave us plenty of time to fully inspect it - during which time he made us a lovely cup of tea. Reece then encouraged us to test drive the vehicle to ensure we were 100% certain it was the car for us. Time was at an essence as the car needed to be taxed at the post office, but Reece managed to get to the post office in his own vehicle in time before it closed. We have purchased many cars over the years, but this was the best experience we have had so far. Reece is a credit to Motorpoint Swansea and we wish him well in his progression with the company.
