10/10 experience from Georg smooth as possible transaction with full clarity

Overall fantastic experience. Couple of niggles with the car, but mostly sorted out by the team. Still need to get a couple of bits done, but booking in over the next couple of weeks. Guy treated us very well, only challenge was us having to chase for updates, would have preferred more contact the other way round, but overall excellent. Second car from Motor Range (first was daughters) and would definitely recommend.

Overall good experience and glad I got my car.

-Called back quickly after I enquired and I got to view the car that morning.
-My sales assistant was very friendly, knowledgeable and made the process easy.
- Had most sales and finance paperwork completed within a couple of hours.
-Got the car I’d been looking for for a while for a reasonable price.
- Seems like a nice place to buy a car from as they have a big waiting area, cafe, and on bank holiday weekend we got free ice creams.
- Got back to me quickly about post sales issues and booked me in on the days i could come in.

Don’t get me wrong i love my new car. I’ve had it 6 weeks. Unfortunately it developed a fault after 2 weeks and after being in and out of the motor range garage its still not fixed. They replaced the battery and updated software but now say it’s the 12v lithium battery. It’s been over a week since they ordered it and it still hasn't arrived at their workshop according to their service dept, who i contact every day, even though nissan tell me these are readily available.
I have my car back at the moment but am worried about driving it with the fault unfixed but i need my car.
I don’t know who to believe. why is it taking so long. I feel that they have my money now and I’m not important.
I will seek advice and try and get a full refund if its not fixed soon.

My wife and in-laws went in there a few weeks before we finally found the car we liked and a good impression was made on look at them again, we eventually saw the car online that we would like and reserved it, test drove it the next day. The car had a few minor things that needed doing. Izzy was great from the start and even when going on holiday had left the jobs that needed doing and those jobs were done without any issues and the car was prepped and ready for when we arrived to take it away. Very friendly service from sales from start to finish, would definitely use them again
