The worst car buying experience of my life.
I wanted a nice cheap runabout, cost circa £2000.00 and in August 2024 spotted a blue Nissan for sale. I contacted the sales team and was told that it was still available and on site. At that I went (round trip 30 miles) to see it then all being well buy it. Arriving at the on site office and after some deliberation amongst the sales team I was told that the vehicle was "out on loan and being used as a courtesy car". We arranged that they would get the car back within a few days and telephone me. After a few days and no telephone call I telephoned again only to be told, by Ben that the car was still out on loan. I explained that I needed a car within the next few days and would appreciate a call back. He told me that he was off the next day but would get Morgan to telephone me. A few more days went by but still no telephone call. I telephoned yet again and was told that someone had reserved the car. I assumed it was me - no it was not it was someone else. I couldn't believe it after all the telephone calls and effort that no one had been in touch, even to advise me that someone else was interested and if I wanted the car to reserve it.
Abysmal service. When I am ready for my next main vehicle, probably a 2 year old Land Rover Discovery, to replace the one that I currently have, guess where I will NOT be going !?

The customer service was super amazing and I would highly recommend purchasing with Andy, He was so patient and very helpful through the process and made everything very smooth and quick. I will definitely go back if I need to purchase any other vehicles in future.

I've bought 4 cars through Motor trust over the past decade and always had great experiences. James is tremendous at being transparent, honest, clear and timely with his communication. I can't say enough about his exceptional service. He went above and beyond to help me find the right car for my family and the best prices. His kindness, patience and commitment to ensuring I was satisfied with my choices were truly perfect. He took the time to understand my needs and found exactly what I was looking for. Not to mention, I easily saved hundreds on the 2020 Peugeot 5008 I purchased. Would definitely come back here and if anyone asks, yes it's worth the trip here.

Just purchased a vehicle through Motor trust but before that I spent weeks looking at the reviews and scrolling through Motor trust for a used vehicle for my company.

I found their page and called James to ask what process was with his company. He explained everything in details and was willing to listen to my questions even before I committed to buying anything. The whole process was unbelievably easy because James did all the work and got the 2020 Ford Ranger in perfect condition along with the paperwork that required my signature. The car buying experience was great. I can't imagine buying from another showroom.

Motor trust is an excellent showroom! Possibly my favorite showroom ever. The staff is VERY knowledgeable and customer service is top-notch, from answering emails, phone calls and being overall nice people who enjoy the same hobby. Also their pricing on vehicles is very competitive as well and they also have excellent financing deals. This will be the only showroom I'll use and recommend.

Would 100% recommend coming to this dealership!! The customer service is brilliant and you don’t feel pressured into anything. Carl was very polite and informative. The after care service is also brilliant.

Motor trust makes it easy to purchase vehicles. Their financing is great as it saves tax charges. I've never had a problem with any vehicle I've purchased over the years and always recommend them to friends who are considering any vehicle purchases.

Customer service is always very helpful, not only with matters of inventory choices but I've also received help with the financing options on my Volkswagen Tiguan. Service is always friendly and always goes above and beyond. Their knowledge is also excellent. Great job.

We have been provided with exceptional service by the team at preston. Their communication has been excellent, and they have operated with integrity throughout the process of us selling my mother's Honda Civic. As a family, we couldn't recommend them more highly.

We recently stopped by the showroom to look at a used vehicle to replace an older 2009 Honda And we were helped by Andy. He was incredibly patient and helpful and answered a lot of questions. He showed us the pros and cons of all vehicles and helped us decide on a BMW X6. We will continue to be customers of Motor trust as long as people like Andy are involved. Thanks for everything.

I am delighted with my purchase . The forecourt has a great variety of cars . Staff were friendly . The guy called Morgan , who dealt with me throughout was friendly , polite , efficient and helpful . Great service 👍

A pleasure to deal with right from the very start of the process

We had a few small snagging to sort out at the beginning of buying the car from the company. But after that all was well with the car and the company. No the hole the company has been working hard with me to get my car to me and more than happy with the service I got. Cheers guys.

I recently purchased a Peugeot 208 from motor trust and the two gentleman that were at the dealership were fantastic (all of them that I encountered were incredibly pleasant too) I believe their names were Ben and mark or nick!
