Disappointing Experience with…

Disappointing Experience with MotorTrust UK - Broken Panoramic Roof and Poor Customer Service

I am extremely disappointed with my recent car purchase experience from MotorTrust UK on July 6th, 2024. Just within few days after purchasing the car, I discovered that the panoramic roof was broken. I immediately contacted MotorTrust UK, and initially, they agreed to replace the roof. However, they have since withdrawn their agreement to replace it without giving a satisfactory reason.

The lack of transparency and poor communication from the team have been frustrating. I expected a higher level of service and quality from a reputable dealership like MotorTrust UK. The fact that they are not honoring their initial commitment to replace the broken roof is unacceptable.

I would advise potential buyers to exercise caution and thoroughly inspect the vehicle before making a purchase. I hope MotorTrust UK takes my feedback seriously and improves their customer service and quality standards.
This review is based on my experience and may not reflect the overall quality of MotorTrust UK's services.
If you want I will send you AA report and MOT status on date February 2024 and I purchased car on June 6 th . Please don’t tell wrong things okay . If you are a manager please behave like that don’t say slanders .

Thank you for taking the time to write a review, your feedback is important to us.
In relation to your comments; the car was inspected by the AA (including the panoramic roof), an MOT station and yourself onsite for over an hour. No mention of a crack in the roof was made, until you contacted us 21 days later and had covered 701 miles. Therefore I find your claim unfair and your review to be incorrect.
We strive to provide excellent customer service and to check our vehicles before sale, to a high standard. Reviews are very important to us and to show credible events, customers have experienced with us.

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service. Very good on the phone and organised. When I went to pick my car up Adam was very helpful and welcoming and helped me thought everything. Brilliant garage!
