I bought a Moulinex Subito coffee maker with stainless steel thermal flask a couple of years ago from a shop in St Gaudens, for use in our second home. I relied on the good reputation of Moulinex, and our own previous exeprience of the brand. But this coffee maker is terrible. It only makes 4 cups. It spills coffee whilst pouring. It is difficult to pour out all the coffee because of lip round the thermal flask which also makes it difficult to clean. It does not even keep the coffee warm. It is the worst coffee maker I have ever owned. I have not taken it back to shop as it was purchased too long ago, and anyway customer service in France is rarely helpful in my opinion.

Moulinex Fresh Express is useless. Jams, doesn’t cut or shred vegetables. Useless

I bought the Moulinex iCompanion to cook for my family and was disappointed to find plastic components inside the machine that are in contact with the food being cooked. I have spent months trying to get an answer from Moulinex about the type of plastic so I can feel safe to cook for my kid and they have found every way to avoid the question. Finally, with no more excuses, they have simply said “we can’t give you that information”. If they had nothing to hide, they would answer, and so I’m left with an appalling conclusion. That’s a whole lot of money wasted and a very disappointing customer service experience.

Good website, an excellent price, quick delivery and a great product. Have not turned to oven on since installing my air-fryer, cooked 2 roasts (there are only 2 of us in the house) numerous small items, fish, meat and vegetables and like that is is also easy to clean.

Pour la machine à pain home bread Baguette, le pain ne se démoule pas contrairement à leurs infos et guide d'utilisateur. J'ai tout respecté, fais des pains différents et poids différents mais ne se démoulent pas, obligé d'utiliser une spatule en bois et de faire tourner les axes par l'extérieur (attention très très chaud). J'ai envoyé un mail au service conso et reçu une réponse complètement à côté de la plaque. Nouveau mail pour me plaindre et pas de réponse...

We bought 5 kitchen products from Moulinex Chile. We made the mistake not to test one of them (a food processor) and because we ordered several and they made a mess, we didn't notice we never received an invoice for that one. Later we found out the food processor was not working and and they refused to repair it or give us an invoice. Another one of the products (a kettle) stopped working just a few months after the purchase. Again, we just wasted our money because they refuse to take any responsibility. The service has been the worst and the products, although pretty, seem to be of really bad quality.

Moulinex is a very good quality products and white goods to your house... i have their products and i use it on daily basis with a great satisfaction
