Good experience buying from Mount Oberaon

Shipping charges. Making modifications after submitting the order
1- Every thing is excellent except the shipping cost I think it's alttle bit high.
2- there is no possibility to make any modification after submitting the order . You may give one chance to let the purchaser make final revision before confirmation is giving may be one day .

As most of our customers prefer a fast delivery, we haven't built in an extra day to eventually review the order. We always try to ship asap i.e. same day.
If they could be better, I don't know how!
Fantastic communication prior to dispatch of items. Delivery quicker than many companies within my own company. Beautifully and carefully packaged. Great quality and price. What is there left to improve? Well done Mountoberon.

I am from Australia, I wanted to order 2 pairs of boots for my husband and son. At first I was hesitant, but I've looked everywhere else and only mountoberon have them.
I wasn't so sure about the true colour and true size of the boots so I send a few question via email to their support team. Sofie was one of a kind, she had even gone an extra mile in regards to my request of obtaining the information I needed for the boots.
My husband and son love their new boots, a perfect fit and brilliant colour, overall I would highly recommend mountoberon to anyone who's after a top notch online shopping experience. Thank you mountoberon!!
