Excellent !
On previous orders, everything went very smoothly (great products, quick order confirmation, speedy delivery, careful packing).
However, this time, one item I had ordered was no longer available, even after checking with the manufacturer's warehouse.
So, with their great commercial sense, they offered some compensation money for the inconvenience so as to be able to order a more expensive item at the same price as the missing one.
