My partner and I are not happy with how Billie has handled our situation of applying for a property over the last couple of weeks, we have been emailing her and been getting no response from 4 emails now and every time we call she's not taking out calls, we were informed she was working over the weekend but didn't respond back?

She tried calling us on Friday evening, both our phones rang for less than 30 seconds instead of waiting longer she decided to email us I feel like she could have tried calling a little longer.

We are financially in a tough spot now because we have to be moved out of our property less than 1 week they've taken our deposit which my partner and I am saved up for, I have now called and been informed that the property we have paid a deposit on has been taken by another tenant, I've asked if we could have our deposit back due to our circumstances in writing, Billie didn't speak to ask but got another employee to deliver the answer which was no, in a way I guess this has helped us because we wouldn't want an agency that can't have compassion in these circumstances.

I would like this complaint taken further or I would like to speak to a complaints manager.

Move Now have been looking after my property for more than 15 years now and the service I have received from all the team has been brilliant. They've always found suitable tenants and dealt with everything to fo with the property leaving me with no stress or hassle.

Sam, Nic & Jamie made this possible and completely stress free
We spent 12 months in the property and during that time found all the team extremely helpful and friendly
The moving out process was again dealt with efficiently and our deposit returned within a few days
Wouldn't hesitate to use Movenow again and highly recommend

I would like to thank Katie for helping me buy my first home. Despite that she was working for the sellers, I never found myself at any disadvantage throughout the whole sale. She was always helpful, responsive, cooperative, has helped the deal go through multiple difficult points, and all that with a persistent smile and lovely attitude!

Just completed on my house sale with Movenow properties.
Sam & Katie guided me through the whole sale, kept me updated throughout & put up with my house sale stress. We were with a competitor and who were so impersonal but MoveNow treated my house sale like they were selling their own. They did a sterling job and will highly recommend them to anyone.

Dealing with Sam and the team at Movenowproperties was a fantastic experience from the first contact all the way through to completion of my property.

I made an enquiry overnight and was contacted promptly the following day to arrange a viewing. Sam was very knowledgeable about the property and was completely professional.

Other estate agents could learn a lot from these guys as many didn’t make any contact or if they did, it was up to a week after making an enquiry! Their loss because I had already viewed a fantastic property and progressing to secure.

The Conveyancing Team she recommended were also very efficient.

The whole process was smooth from viewing to picking up the keys. Sam went out of her way to arrange a second viewing for us so we could take our family to have a look around before we moved forward. Katie was fantastic throughout, really responsive to any questions and helping us to chase the vendor solicitor. Even after we picked up and key and were in the house we had some follow up questions and Sam was happy to answer these. Fantastic team and really happy with the service. Would highly recommend.

Sam and Katie were very helpful from the start right till the end. The team on the whole were very helpful. We had some hiccups in between(e.g HTB redemption etc) and they provided assistance and advice. They explained the entire process of house sales and were very welcoming of questions. Emails and calls were also responded to promptly.
The team at Movenowproperties were helpful in providing support with other services such as valuation agents etc. When we received lowball offers - they would advise on waiting for a better offer. We received a very personalised and warm service and I would definitely recommend MoveNowproperties as the sole agents to market your property!

A great estate agency. Actually have proper staff who pay great attention to detail. They understand the local market well and always deal fairly. I would recommended them for giving any of your rental properties to them or maybe perhaps buying a property from them. Flexible minded and aware of full ground realities in terms of real estate. I would use them for my property needs for the future.

We initially did an online search to find out how much it would cost to sell my mother-in-laws house after she died. We received prices through for a number of estate agencies and the next day Sam called me to introduce MNP. From the outset she was sympathetic and kind bearing in mind the circumstances of the sale and I just felt really comfortable with her. We did speak to a couple of other agencies but did not get the same sense from them. It felt right to go with Sam and we are so glad we did.

Sam gave useful advice on whether we should make the house look better presented and we followed her ideas, then did all of the viewings, which were quite a few over a short period of time. She gave us some good professional advice as to which buyer would make the most sense for our circumstances.

She was lovely and patient with our buyer and hand held him through the process, keeping us fully informed. She probably had more contact with him than us to be honest and we are really grateful for her support to him as well as to us.

If we ever have to sell another property we would not hesitate using MNP again

From the moment we met Sam, we knew she would sell our property.
Having been on the market with another agent and experiencing very poor service, we did some research and found Move Now Properties and were very impressed by the feedback and reviews online.
We went to see Sam and immediately became confident in her and her team.
Sam is not only a lovely lady, but also an incredibly dedicated sales negotiator. She even negotiated a sale on our property whilst she was on holiday with her family.
Unfortunately, we had several sales fall through, which was absolutely no fault of Sam's, it was our buyers' buyer who fell through in each scenario. Never the less, Sam continued to remain enthusiastic that the house would sell. Eventually it did and I cannot thank Sam, Katie and the team enough.
Our sale process was extremely stressful and we could not have got through it without Sam's upbeat and enthusiastic manner, remaining calm and confident throughout.
I would highly recommend using MNP to everyone and anyone looking to sell their house and will not even consider using any other agent should we consider selling again.
