Great service when selling my house, was quick and straight forward, and was constantly updated by Alec along the way.

After 2 sales fell through I changed agent to Move Residential in the autumn of last year. Although very cynical at the time I had a buyer within a couple of weeks at above the asking price. We complete on the sale today The staff have been very proactive and the whole experience a world away from the previous agent. I would recommend Move Residential for anyone looking to sell their property on the Wirral.

I marketed the house with MR after being on the market elsewhere for 10 months. Very enthusiastic team of valuers and sales, which resulted in an offer within 16 days.

The MD of Move Residential personally handled the sale, accompanying viewings. After we had an accepted an offer, the team monitored progress throughout and the MD again intervened when the purchaser's solicitor proposed to slip the completion date and his intervention ensured our sale and new property purchase were successfully completed on the same day as planned. All in all, very impressive.

Move residential were professional and extremely helpful throughout our move. Communication was excellent and the service from the sales progression team meant we were fully upto date at all times.

I received good aftercare from a guy called Lee, who works at the Allerton road branch. A nice guy who did his best to resolve a problem.
