I would highly recommend Move Residential to sell your house for you. From start to finish the service was amazing! Alec gave us a great valuation to work with and lots of helpful advice. He also provided us with an amazing listing on Rightmove. Liam looked after most of our viewings and was a pleasure to deal with and Jenny our sales progressor was one of the most helpful and down to earth people you could ever hope to deal with. We also used their solicitors and recommended surveyors and sold quickly without any hitches! Many Thanks!

My experience was not positive in any way. After an initial viewing in November 22, the potential buyer stated that they were looking to downsize to a house with a large kitchen. The house I was selling had a very small kitchen. The viewing was a total waste of everyone’s time albeit it only lasted 5 minutes! For the next 7 months I did not hear one single word from Move Residential on Allerton Road. I was told the house was on “premium listing” whatever that meant. However the marketing material that they distributed in the area, through the door of my son’s home who lives nearby, did not feature the house I was selling! I’d hate to know what the non “premium” service entailed. When they eventually got in touch, seven months later to say they had a second viewing I asked David where they had been for 7 months? He said he’d “look into it” - I told him I wished to take the property off the market with them as I felt they were not doing their job particularly well to say the least. David did not disagree to be fair but he stopped answering his mobile. ( 4 unanswered call despite voice Mail being left) I was only calling to ask why the house was still on their website and to chase them up about getting the sign removed! The new agent costs less, has arranged 2 viewings already and answers the phone! I cannot recommend any aspect of my experience as a seller with Move Residential on Allerton Road.

I bought my first home through move residential, I expected it to be a really difficult experience after hearing horror stories but Alec and his team made the process so easy.

We sold our house with Move Residential eighteen months ago, we were so impressed with the service we received, therefore had no hesitation to appoint Move Residential again for the sale of a rental property we own. I can’t praise Move Residential highly enough, from the beginning of the process, David was knowledgeable, reassuring and managed our expectations, he had a sound knowledge of the area which enabled him to give us a realistic valuation. Once the property went on the market, Jack became our main contact, he was amazing, I can’t thank him enough for his proactive approach, sound advice and support. He kept us constantly updated on viewings, offers, and took the pressure off us, he used his vast experience and knowledge to guide us through the process. Once we had a buyer we were passed to the after sales team and Lee became our contact, again I can’t praise him highly enough, he was always there when we needed him, he kept in regular contact, answered any questions we had and was a great support to us. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

I'm really shocked to see so many good reviews. I personally have had a really bad experience with Move Residential and can only report the facts of my own experience. I am deeply regretting using this company to sell my late fathers house. I have consistently had to chase the agent based at Allerton Road for any form of update. I did not get feedback after viewings unless I eventually called to ask. Even when a potential buyer was eventually found I received no update on the situation unless I chased the agent. I only found out by chasing them that one month on from the verbally agreed sale the buyer had still not instructed a solicitor and wished to "view the property" again. Every time I spoke to the agent concerned I was given the same line "I assure you I have been on to the buyer". In the end I was given conflicting stories by different agents. I eventually just called in and retrieved the keys and decided to go back to square one somewhere else. I deeply regret using this company. Who knows how much money I have lost as a result of changes in the market over the time period the house has been on sale. My personal feeling is that they have not done the work I had trusted them to do.
I can't understand all of the great reviews seen on here. I can only speak as I have found though. Glad that not everyone has had such a bad experience.

In what is a difficult time for the housing market Move Residential did sell my house for me, working with jenny Thomas (sales negotiator) was the real difference with excellent communication, help and guidance from Jenny the sale went through I would recommend Jenny to any prospective clients
