Worked with Move Residential’s Heswall office on a recent house purchase and they were excellent from start to finish. Particular thanks to Alec and Scott who were brilliant in getting the deal over the line.

Best selling agency in Merseyside by a mile. They offer premium service from start to finish, Adam, Alec, Jenni and Scott have been excellent from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend them, they understand the market, listen to their clients and deliver with care. I would work them again! This my seven house move and I wish used them before.

Avoid at all costs.

I’m a first time buyer who’s been blind sighted, manipulated & lied to by these agents.
Nothing professional about them, all correspondence done via mobile numbers... nothing backed up when it comes to making a complaint.
I believe this company are well known for poor customer service & I can first handedly say if anyone would have advised me how bad this company is I’d have never bothered in the first place.

Quite possibly the worst company I’ve ever dealt with, made a serious complaint & the sales director responded to inform me he was going on holiday & therefore was going to pass the bat on to someone else in the business completely irrelevant to handle the case. Still no further on.

As first time buyers, there was never any part of the process that felt overly complicated or where we felt left out of the process - from the first instant, everyone spoke in clear terms and with total transparency. Special mention should go to Leanne who helped nudge our mortgage lender when we needed them to expedite their valuation and to Alec who kept us fully updated on everything happening with the seller and the onward chain.

Currently looking for a new property having sold ours. Registered with all estate agents across Wirral and Cheshire. Everything we’re interested in is going to Rightmove with ‘under offer’ already! Move Residential are the only agents that are letting us know of properties before the go on Rightmove. They have been incredibly helpful and proactive in assisting us with our search.

This is a mixed review as the beginning of the process was extremely far from professional. I understand vendors have tricky demands and wishes however it is moves obligation to stay professional and legal.

In my experience, I was told the vendor said my offer would only be accepted if I used move residential in house services such as legal services and mortgage services. As a first time buyer, I was completely unaware of the Estate Agents Act 1979, and said yes to the offer. This meant to had to let other people down such as a mortgage broker I had already started with and a solicitors I had already enquired with.

In hindsight, I have completed and for that I am happy. Yet, I think it’s extremely important to note this experience as I do not want someone else in my position, it was unfair and misleading.

The sales negotiator should of pushed back on the vendor and explained forcing to take specific legal services is not acceptable.

I would of put 5 stars alone for Jenny Thomas and Lucy from the sales progression team, they both were amazing. I really cannot thank Jenny enough for all her hard work and taking all my 10000 phone calls. You’re the best asset to the move residential team, and without you this review would definitely be extremely lower.

When we went into the process of buying a house we had so little idea of what was involved. After dealing with some very difficult estate agents just to book viewings, once we did have an offer accepted we quickly realised how fortunate we were that our future property was being sold via Move.

Special mention for Jenni who has always responded to all our queries promptly and generally just been a delight to communicate with.

We interviewed 3 estate agents and Adam from MoveResidential was heads and shoulders above. On time for the appointment, very knowledgeable about the market and explained the process very well. From signing the contract to getting an offer we were kept informed on a regular basis. When we rang we always got great service from Alec, Liam or Gethin and a response that answered our query. Would absolutely recommend the Heswall team. We originally marketed the property with a leading estate agent in the area, and after not one single viewing in two weeks we changed to Move Residential. Adam visited our property straight away, took some fantastic pictures that really showcased our home and proactively made some suggestions how to improve the marketing, they had it up advertised online within 48 hours of the appointment, result was 6 viewings in one week and multiple offers. Good communication, very fair on the fees and approachable. I like the fact they have one office on the wirral.

We are first time buyers and had been looking at properties and mortgages for a few months before becoming overwhelmed with the feeling of not knowing what we are doing! We decided that we needed assistance with the process and after asking around for recommendations and looking at reviews we decided we would go with a mortgage broker at Move Residential. We were assigned James and had our first meeting with him at the office promptly after choosing to use this service. In the meeting, everything was explained to us exactly at the level we needed and we were left feeling confident, excited and reassured. James kept in touch with us at all times through a lengthy process due to difficulties with the first home that we tried to purchase. He offered advice and assistance at every stage and I was never left feeling like I couldn't get in touch as often as we needed to, which ended up being a lot due to the house! We always had very quick replies. James was always optimistic and always made us feel like there was a solution to every issue.
