The nxtpaper 14.3 is brilliant for any gigging musician but it was damaged in transit. Movertix agreed via PayPal, to refund the cost but not the shipping which can be about €20. They do not answer emails. I would stay away from Movertix!

This is my first time to use it and was very happy with everything except the payment method. Which is why I took away a star. You have to pay extra to use Paypal and the only other payment method was a payment through a Spanish bank which was very messy. But I'm very happy with the phone and it's great value so worth the hassle! I paid for express delivery and it did arrive within 48 hours which was impressive.

The best online store to exist in Spain when it comes to smartphones and accessories. Thank you so much Movertix team for a excellent service!

I ordered an iPhone 17 Pro 512GB from this store (Order #100035331). The phone arrived and the product itself is exactly as expected.

The issue is with the purchase experience. I placed my order earlier in the day at a price of €1,461. Later the same day, while my order was still listed as “in preparation” and had not yet shipped, the price on the website dropped to €1,409 for the exact same item.

I contacted customer support immediately to ask whether they could adjust the price since the order had not been shipped yet. Unfortunately I never received any reply.

The phone was delivered a few days later without any response to my message. Shortly after that I received an email asking me to leave a review, which is why I am sharing this experience here.

The delivery and product quality are fine, but the lack of response from customer service regarding a same-day price change is disappointing. A simple reply or price adjustment would have made this a very positive experience.

If the store decides to address this situation, I would gladly update this review to reflect that.

At first i was a bit suspicious, due to quite few bad reviews and i was i bit nervous cuz even GLS tracking was the same for 6 days (in tranzit).

Now i got my phone after 6 days. Package is in pristine condition and it looks like it works good as well.

My friend ordered a phone for me, but it was never delivered. Supposedly it was sent back, I asked for a refund, but they don't respond to my email messages. Calling their phone number (+44) 20 376 977 14 will bring you in contact with an Indian call center where they hang up on you.

The site is not accessible. There are problems with blocked javascript and stylesheets, which can not be loaded from a CDN. This is a simple technical problem, but this is going on for weeks now!

I don't understand, because the site generally has good reviews.

I want my money back!

I checked the mobile phone number in an email I received from helpdesk AT movertix.com and the telephone number from the helpdesk is (+44) 20 376 977 14. I checked it twice.

And about the CDN:
There is a STILL a problem with the CDN.
Anybody visiting the site with an ip address in Spain retrieves 403 Forbidden
Referrer Policy, strict-origin-when-cross-origin errors, because CloudFront is misconfigured. Other countries seem fine. Not going to test it.
Test it yourself with a VPN.
But keep telling there is no problem with the CDN.
I am a senior developer with more than 30 years experience, but he, what do I know.

Efetuei a compra de um telemóvel (Encomenda #300047725) no dia 14/01/2026. A Movertix e a transportadora GLS alegam que o produto foi entregue a 22/01, apresentando uma assinatura falsa ("baca").
​Já enviei provas documentais à Movertix (bilhetes de avião e passaporte) comprovando que o destinatário, Sostenes Baca, estava no Brasil nessa data e a casa estava vazia. É um caso claro de falsificação de assinatura pela transportadora.
​Enviei as provas há uma semana e a Movertix parou de me responder. Estão a reter o meu dinheiro (122,00€) sem resolver o problema. Exijo o reembolso imediato ou um novo envio. Falta de profissionalismo total.

Order #300047725 - Fake delivery and no customer support. I purchased a phone on Jan 14th. Movertix and GLS claim it was delivered on Jan 22nd with a forged signature.
​I have already sent official proof (flight tickets/passport) showing the recipient was overseas (Brazil) on that date and the house was empty. It's a clear case of signature forgery by the courier.
​I sent the evidence a week ago and Movertix stopped responding. They are holding my money (122.00€) without a solution. I demand an immediate refund or a new shipment. Very poor service.
