delivery of the product was fast. But no responses to any emails, raised tickets, etc regarding the fault in the product and guarantee claim! Absolutely no response which is not acceptable. Stay away from purchasing any product from this shop.

Very good and reliable online store, the only online store that had the specific model i wanted. Transections went smooth both when ordering and when canceling (due to my mistake) following that deliver was within the estimated delivery dates via UPS with tracking. Product was as described sealed and in perfect condition.

Speed delivery to Sweden. Payment received yesterday morning and the phone came today afternoon with the sealed box and a stamp that said imported by Xiaomi Netherlands so it is a global version and unlocked with full funtion. The price is 25% cheaper than you buy it in Sweden. Highly recommended!

Ordered and paid for a phone on the 14th August 2024. 6 devices showed in stock. Purchased express delivery: 24-48h. Today, the 22nd of August, still don't have the phone ordered, the tracking number provided says 'UPS doesn’t have possession of the package yet.' No reply to my emails. Simply pathetic. Will not be using their services again, nor recommend to anyone.

Good prices. I think they did a good job with sending my phone, although they could have sent it a bit faster (it was sent over the weekend when I ordered it on Thursday.)

First of all a big thanks to to this guys. I got my phone from them cheaper than Amazon, i think around 100 Euro difference ..., and very fast delivery 1.5 working days! Phone came brand new in the box factory sealed. Next time i buy again from them without PayPal. Didn't do it first time because i wasnt sure about them.

Ordered my phone at 12:30pm on a Tuesday paid the extra money so I could get the phone within 48hrs as they claimed as I needed a phone asap but didn't receive the phone until the following Monday. I did email the company but never got a reply. The phone was a very good price and was in perfect condition but for delivery and lack of response to emails two stars are the most they will get from me

This company is already registered with the police in Germany, so my bank (thank God) did not transfer any money to them. So no deal was made on my part but I can only warn others not to lose their money.

They sold me a non existent item (poco F5 with 512Gb internal storage) for a higher price than the standard 256 Gb version. Then send me a 256 Gb version in stead of the non existent 512Gb version and when I complained that I ordered a 512 Gb version they simply said it doesnt exist and was a Typo on the website.. then they asked if there is anything they can do to compensate. I replied that since I payed more for the expected larger version that aparently didnt exist I wanted the difference between the normal 256 Gb version and the price I played returned to me. I never heard from them since.. i emailed them 3 more times without result. Summarized: they conveniently overpriced a standard 256Gb version by a typo stating that it was 512 Gb and then did not compensate for their mistake while the 256 Gb version was also on their website for a much lower price.. this company probably bought their positive reviews in India.. complete scam..

Now due to this review they replied that they can give a solution and they say that they informed me.. This is a lie. I informed them that I got the wrong model and then they told me they made a typo and the 512 GB version doesnt exist. Then I asked them already 3 times to refund me the difference of the price of a 256GB version and what I have payed but there was never a reply. I have send them an email again yesterday.. No reply from them personally..

Complete service is very good and the price is optimal.

Having read the reviews for this site, ranging from 5*to 1*, I was apprehensive about ordering a phone. However the price was good, and the company seems to be based in EU, so I placed an order and I was delighted with service and speed.

They get 5 ⭐ for their fast delivery but their customer service gets 0. Before I ordered the mobile phone, they replied that I get a charger and shell protection. I received none of this and then they no longer respond.
Now they respond and lies. Why don't you answer emails? You sent what is included and it is clearly stated there. I have proof Movertix
