(This review is regarding trying to unlock a Cricket iphone SE 2020)

EDIT - I am changing my review. After I posted this review, Movical reached out to me for more information. They asked me to provide my IMEI number.

Apparently, Cricket - the provider where I purchased my phone - required 6-months of service before the phone could be unlocked.

I was disappointed, because it was my assumption that Movical had no such requirement. It is possible that this was due to a language barrier between us.

So, my advice is to understand some of the difficulties regarding unlocking iphones. They are not as easy to unlock as their Android equivalents.

I did have to wait a week, but I did the order right after Christmas. I imagine that they were very busy as everyone had new phones.

Overall, I think a miscommunication caused my frustration, and I really appreciate the company getting back to me regarding what happened.

My A51 was unlocked, and their services was awesome.

They said they will give me instructions to unlock my samsung galaxy s10+ T-mobile within 3 and 6 hours. Now I have been waiting for over 2days. I don't even get a reply. It looks like scam

Update:They gave me instructions my phone is now unlock.

Needed an Imei repair, within 30 mins I was up and running, the technician knew what he was doing he just got on with it. They gave me clear instructions to follow on my end and they did the technical part. I never used it before today. But I will be using them again if needed, I highly recommend their services and skills. My mate 20 pro is fully working and am leaving a review with it here.

I got an email saying my iphone 12 pro max got unlocked when it did not! I followed their instructions and repeated the process multiple times but it did not work! Scam

Ordered unlock code and received an email to download correct drivers,etc. Received email with instructions to lock and phone was unlocked successfully. The support staff was very helpful and patient. Recommend their services and will use them again.

UPDATE: After waiting more than two weeks for a response, and posting this review here, Movical contacted me asking if I would like a refund in exchange for taking this review down. This ultimatum from them seems ridiculous given they advertised to have your phone unlocked within 24hrs. So I guess overall maybe they are not a scam service but they sure don't care about customer service or responding within a reasonable timeframe. I think you're better off looking elsewhere. I ended up using "unlockjunky" to fix my phone. They had my phone unlocked within the hour.

MASSIVE SCAM Can you leave zero stars?
I was silly and paid Movical to FRP reset my phone even after I had read the reviews here. I thought hey what the heck the overwhelming majority of reviews are positive and just a few disgruntled people but no I got screwed. Movical sent me an email saying my order was complete with a dropbox link asking me to download a file. When I open the dropbox link the folder is empty. I have tried contact Movical via FB, Instagram, their chatbot, and email but all to no avail. Save your money and your time and look somewhere else. Good luck.

Excellent service. Good price. Code received within 4 hours. Recommended.

i did pay my order corectly to these person for my lg they said they could unlocked it from 3 to 5 days.... today is making 8 days since aint got any answer from them please refund me my money or i will settle down a dispute to paypal for my money... why if you cant do a service you stealing money from people and then use bad testimonial strategy

Paid $52 to unlock moto g stylus over 2 weeks ago and they still havent unlocked it.... cant find a way get my refund since their chat are bots.... please stay away from this company....i was told it would unlock in 3 to five days
Update: i received the unlock code a few days ago and its working good.. the only problem was i received after 3 weeks after they estimated 3 to 5 days....

Look, for a certain age group this sort of stuff is scary. I broke my phone and needed to access an old work one. Just fantastic. Worked a treat.

They said it was unlocked on the 18th September by posting a follow up to my review not directly to my email.

I would like to know how this was done as I never had any codes or further communication with this company, also the phone is still locked so they are trying their luck and I stick by my original review Do not trust these people.

i dont understand, all the thing were given right and got the paid software with username and password..phone was detected as per the instruction but then it comes up with a pop up.. saying phone is not supported..wrote an email to them as per the pop up..and i do not have a response..

They promise to unlock my metroPCS Samsung Galaxy A20 in max. 5 days. 10 days later nothing happens and their customer service is just a bot. Don't fall for this FRAUD. THEY'RE SCAMMERS. Now working with PayPal to get my refund.

Transaction from June 21. 2020. Only answer about delay on June 22.

Paid for service to unlock ZTE blade been three days still nothing even sent emails to them with no reply seems like there is no way to contact them to even find out whats going on will change my rating once things are settled even had to file a dispute with paypal just to be able to get a refund.

I recently used both the code unlocking and the USB unlocking to prepare for an international trip. Fast and easy if you follow all the directions. I will use Movical again myself and also recommend to friends. Thanks for making my international communicating a cinch!

I tried 3 different online companies to unlock my phone with no success. In total, I lost almost two months of waiting time waiting to see if one of those companies could unlock my phone. Then I found Movical, I was sceptical and pessimistic because of the previous lack of success in unlocking my phone. Within 2 days Movical gave me the software and simple instructions which finally unlocked and freed my phone. Sure the delivery time wasn't the advertised 1 to 60 minutes but I didn't care, I had waited a combined two months with other companies and I just wanted my phone unlocked. - Many thanks to Movical, I know where to return when I need a phone unlocking again! I would highly recommend them.
