I thought it was a scam but it actually did work!! I have an LG STYLO 3 which was blocked to cricket. I unlocked it easly after paying and waiting 40 minutes.

Has been 7 Days no email at all. They said 6 -24 hours i gave them the benefit of waiting with all that is going on. But why advertise 24 hrs and not be able to deliver in 7 days and they did not respond to email. So know i have to mess around with paypal to try to get my money back what a waste of time

Very BAD customer service!

I made an order on April 8th for a Moto G7 Supra Cricket Wireless According to the web sites services is supposed to be 3 to 72 Hrs. I have made 3 Direct Emails to Movical.net with no response, numerous validation with their robo Chat system that confirmed the payment was received and that they were working on it.

My second and third Email I clearly indicated that I just wanted to know the status of things with my order and if I did not received a reply I would start a PayPal dispute, which ended to be the case after the third message.

Coincidentally I got a direct reply from them after just 15 minutes from my dispute process debut, reading the other comments I start to feel like this is part of their business model and they just hope that clients will drop the case and they keep the money.

The even went to the extent of asking me to close my dispute (Now that Paypal was involve they suddenly communicated with me) and I clearly told them NO, either the working Unlock code or the money back. I got the Money Back.

What I have learned from this, if you have to deal with them (because it seems that there is some positive results for some clients) do it via a mechanism that protects you (PayPal) from them because they DO NOT care about you!

PayPal did, not them!!

Update:

Movical.net has communicated with me (few minutes after this post) asking to remove my negative review on the site, based on the fact that I got a refund - Please not that this refund was the result of an official PayPal dispute, this did not come from them.

As I have mentioned to them in my response. Sites like TrustPilot and PayPal are mechanism that are put in place to help users in making a better decision.

I don't think those positive reviews ever exist. No unlock code, no response to emails. I am just trying to get my money back now.

RESPONSE: Interesting that you weren't able to find my name. Though that is your generic response to every single complaint anyway. You can check your PayPal records if a customer in my name ever existed, because my claim was accepted and I got my money back thanks to PayPal and no thanks to you.

Need to get my money back from you guys ASAP!! Am so mad because it has been over 3months now that I've been trying to get ahold of someone to simply just get the refund. Only time you'll talk to me at all was just right after writing my last review of your terrible scamming scum of a company. This is incredibly insane.

So I got a refund after the code didn't work but that is ok.

The service is not ok, they don't reply to emails and they quote 1-60 minutes and then get back to you in 2 days.

Please improve customer service guys. It's not a scam service but they need to work on customer service.

It´s been 5 days since I paid to get my phone unlocked and I got zero responses or codes, my phones is still locked and got nothing from you. Nothing in my spam folder either. terrible service, I want my money back now.
