I had to follow up multiple times about my order because it took so long. When my shoes finally arrived, they were not true to size and were too small. I emailed the company about returning them and they offered a different shoe. That was nice but when I finally received those they were so big I couldn’t wear them either. I decided to just forgo the money I spent and donate the shoes to charity. Very disappointed. I really needed a good pair of shoes.

Looks like the picture, not great quality. Took a while to get.

Warning, don’t buy these shoes, the quality is incredibly poor. Pictures look way better than you receive. Buy a quality brand you know and can even try on . Stuck with 2 flashy cheap shoes 1 Pink one for my spouse and 1 Black one for myself. BUYER AWARE!

Very poor quality sneakers arrived today, REEKING of plastic and chemicals. No box, wrapped in plastic, no return info. Poor quality is an understatement - the sole is flat and just plastic. The inside is cheap material. I paid $75! Unable to find return info anywhere. Sent messages via chat engines but no response yet. Only buy reputable established manufacturers from now on. The pictures must be doctored because they don't look like the quality in the pictures.

I find the quality of the product I'm receiving is right up there with the information given out as my feet suffer with arthritis and I've found these shoes have helped me with walking and I appreciate the help from moving steps with any issues I had which have been very minimal

I have to say that in honesty the customer service is absolutely brilliant.
As recently I got the incorrect pair shoes !! But my problem was sorted with effectively and I cannot fault the service or the shoes.
I love my shoes they are my 5/6th pair.

The day after receiving my shoes, I contacted customer service because I wanted to return them for a complete refund. It took them over a week to reply. They try to tell me to keep them and they would give me 50% of my money I said no I want 100% of my money I showed him that I had never use the shoes I had not even had them for 24 hours and they never replied back, they smell like chemicals there poorly made and now it’s been over a month and still no reply

Shoes didnt fit the size I ordered. Refused to give me a refund. Told me to keep the shoes for a small refund. Wouldnt let me change. Poor experience.

Wrong size shoes were shipped .. return policy is crazy ..ship to Singapore??

I am unable to get the shoes on as the tongue is fixed and I have a high instep.
I did email company after receipt of shoes but got no response.

Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size shoe. When I emailed about another size I got a reply but it didn’t solve my problem. Very disappointed.

The shoes look great are light but small sizing I tried 2 sizes up from normal and still not long enough, so use as garden shoes only.

I have emailed multiple times as the shoes are faulty and I got a lame excuse that Lunar New Year was on for the next 2 weeks and no one could attend to me. It is now a week after the new year and I have not heard a thing. I just want somebody to respond to me.

These shoes are the most uncomfortable shoes I’ve ever bought in my entire life. I can’t believe you are trying to sell them as comfortable. Then when I contacted you about a refund I have had no response. Worst buying experience ever.
