Very impressive and efficient service
Very impressive and efficient service. I was looking to source a petrol wood chipper for my own use around the garden. I found the one I wanted, cuts up to three inch diameter, through what appears to be the only merchant providing a range of new domestic scale up to industrial scale versions.
Customer service was excellent. Phoned them up on a Tuesday evening looking to arrange purchase and collection and found they would assemble and deliver as part of the purchase. I received the unit fully operational with fuel and oil on the Thursday morning of the same week from Killenny to Cork. There is nothing I could fault them on.

Service was excellent
Service was excellent. From ordering to delivery it was a completely efficient process. It is always refreshing when good customer services is an integral part of an online transaction. One call I made to check something meant that I moved from online only to dealing with staff and the customer service commitment was equally obvious in that interaction. Have shopped here before and will be doing it again.

Your attitude is absolutely appalling. You sent a Facebook message to us on Saturday afternoon which is outside our business hours. You got an automated message notifying you of this.
Because you didn't get an immediate response from us you started a childish rant via private message, which I will avoid posting here.
We respect all customers and our staff. In particular to their time off, a lesson you could take note of.
Then after your rant via private Facebook message and, you come here to leave us a negative review.
This was later followed with another private message stating that "you hope our business burns to the ground".
Thanks to our great customers which have vouched for us many times in our Facebook, Google & Trustpilot reviews.
We rightfully never want you as a customer of ours due to your attitude and will advise all the garden machinery dealer network of this matter too.
