I paid for one service, then found myself with a repeat subscription being charged monthly. Impossible to work out how to cancel this as there's no information on how it was set up in the first place. I've had to ask my bank to put a stop on the payments, but have lost quite a bit of money before realising.

Lowkey didn’t expect this level of accuracy

I tried Moyra and honestly didn’t expect much at first, but it actually surprised me. I took the soulmate test and it said someone from my workplace… which felt kinda unbelievable at first, but also weirdly accurate the more I thought about it 👀
I was genuinely surprised after trying Moyra. I’ve used astrology apps or websites before, but I’ve never experienced something this personalized and continuously updated. The analyses based on my birth details were both detailed and felt truly accurate.
What really stands out is that the daily and weekly insights aren’t generic—they actually connect to what’s happening astrologically right now, so it feels way more real. I also liked the numerology reports—they were interesting and made me think a bit deeper.
My favorite part is that it’s not just a one-time thing. You keep getting new insights over time, so it doesn’t get boring.
Overall, it’s fun but also lowkey helpful for self-discovery. I’d recommend it if you’re into astrology or just curious.

They don’t have a cancellation option…

They don’t have a cancellation option on the app. I contacted customer service , they said to cancel
Using a link but they never sent me the link. I messaged again asking for the link, they never responded. It also doesn’t show up in the subscriptions area on apple accounts like all other apps do so can’t cancel it that way. Turns out you have to login to some random website to cancel, I discovered this from others online who have had the same issue. I hope it works because I’ve been charged for 2 months that I didn’t want.

First review ever. They emailed me to leave a good review

I'm a content creator that they tried to scam into a shady contract with terrible terms and payment way below my rates. They tried gaslighting me into thinking these contracts were normal when I constantly pointed out legal outs and flaws, which lead to them saying "oh our 5000 deals use this contract. but whatever u want". And we parted ways. So laughable! I told them I was uninterested in working with them, and since they emailed recently to leave a "nice review about astrology", I thought what better time to leave an actual review! First time for everything!

dummy solution

I have been stupid and trying to get this cancelled for 9 months with very poor customer service who never got back to me about cancelling, I went through EVERYTHING on zotlo to find out where I could cancel but it showed I didn't have a subscription. its almost 2am and I finally was able to cancel it dear lord. go to account.zotlo.com create the account with the GMAIL/EMAIL you used and it should pop up for you in case you can't find it anywhere on the zotlo website. im so ashamed I let it take money from me this long and couldn't navigate my way.

If I could give negative stars

If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would.
My experience with Moyra Web has been beyond frustrating. I signed up for a subscription in September and canceled it in October. Despite canceling, they continued charging my card $12.99 every single month after that.
I have emailed their support at least five times asking them to fix the issue and refund the charges. Not once have I received a response. No acknowledgment, no help, nothing. They also conveniently don’t provide a phone number, so there’s no way to actually reach a real person.
Because of their complete lack of customer support, I had to contact my bank, cancel the charges through them, and file a dispute just to stop the billing.
A company that ignores customers while continuing to charge them should not be trusted with anyone’s payment information. The lack of transparency and accountability is honestly shocking.
Save yourself the headache and avoid this company entirely.

Got conned out of a trial only to find out it’s a sneaky subscription there is away around this, when you signed up for the trial you also signed up for a zotlo account use the exact same email you used to log into zotlo it will ask for a code which is sent to your email address enter the code and your name, once your in you can cancel the subscription once cancelled it has a few options at the bottom it says permanently delete click that and you are done

⭐ 0/5 - SCAMMERS! Hidden subscriptions, impossible to cancel - DO NOT SIGN UP!
I got hit with unauthorized charges from Moyra after signing up for what I thought was a free trial. They sneakily added a hidden subscription that doesn’t show up anywhere in your account dashboard, then make it nearly impossible to cancel or delete. Tried their “support” multiple times—no response, just more billing attempts on my card.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! These guys are known scammers preying on people worldwide.
How I finally deleted my account (works for Aussies):
Log into Zotlo.com (no account needed—just enter the email you used to sign up with Moyra). It pulls up your subscription and lets you permanently delete your Moyra account + cancel any charges. Took me 2 minutes from Wurtulla, QLD, Australia, and it worked perfectly just before posting this. Screenshot everything!
If you’re in Australia and they’ve tried billing you, do this NOW before they drain your account. Report them to the ACCC too—don’t let them scam more people.

CANCEL VIA ZOTLO

Cancel your subscription through Zotlo - even if this is not what you used to pay!! I used my Apple Pay and couldn’t find where to cancel subscription until I read other reviews. I signed into Zotlo using the email I had used for Moyra and managed to cancel my subscription there. You don’t have to create an account on Zotlo, you enter your email and it sends you a one time passcode. Thank you to other reviews who helped me find this out!!
