Really excellent service sorting PAC problem…

Really excellent service when I had problems with the porting of my number because the previous PAC code was due to expire on the day of the port. Cristian was excellent in trying to get it sorted, explaining what the problem was and once I had a new PAC he made the transfer quickly.

Refused to meet legal obligations

My wife ordered a Samsung S26. She paid £85 upfront with the rest on a credit deal with Affirm.

The phone never arrived. Despite numerous phone calls Mozillion were unable to deliver the phone.

She asked for a full refund. Mozillion are refusing.

So despite failing to provide the goods and services they have taken our money and left us with a £800 debt.

Strongly advise having nothing to do with them.

Update: After almost a month and threatening legal action they eventually decided to issue a refund. Never again. When my contract is over I will be going elsewhere.

I purchased a 24-month mobile plan from…

I purchased a 24-month mobile plan from Mozillion and was happy with it. However, I recently received an email from Mozillion stating that my plan would expire on 1 June and that I would be moved onto a £12/month tariff.

Concerned that my existing deal was ending, I purchased another 24-month plan from them. Two days later, Mozillion sent a follow-up email saying the original expiry email had been sent in error.

As a result, I now have around 6 months remaining on my original plan and a new 24-month plan that is running concurrently, which I would never have purchased if I had been given accurate information in the first place.

I contacted Mozillion by email to explain the situation and ask for a resolution, but so far I have received no response.

I'm disappointed by both the incorrect communication and the lack of customer support. I would appreciate it if Mozillion could contact me and resolve this issue fairly.

So far so good

So far so good. Ported my old number over without a problem. Great price on a new phone with 0% interest free credit so I can spread the cost without paying more. Great deal on monthly sim compared to 02 who I have been with for years but the price goes up every year.

Got email saying my SIM is expiring and another email the day after saying it was a mistake

Originally it was good price and stable connection.

Suddenly I received an email yesterday saying that my service plan is to be expired in few days' time.

I got another service plan from another service provider, and also requested for porting of my number to another SIM card.

Today I received another email saying that their email was sent by mistake.

So what should I do with my additional SIM card & plan?

purchased at 24 month sim plan upfront…

purchased at 24 month sim plan upfront 12/11/24. never normally an issue until reciving a email last night saying it was ending june 1st 2026 and swapping to a monthly cost. this isnt what i signed up for, cant get through on phones. hope to get sorted and normally a good provider .

So myself and my wife opened 2…

So myself and my wife opened 2 Mozillion accounts on the 11/12/24 and everything’s been fine until yesterday each of us recieved emails yesterday stating our sim runs out in 3 days on the 1/6/26 so after paying for 2 year contracts I’m now being told I have to start paying 18 months into the 2 year contracts and absolutely no answer from customer service not good enough so only 18 months is that the scam ?

Purchased a 24 month prepaid sim in January 2025.
Just notified me my contract ends on June 1 _ 2026 ie 4 days time!
I cant get through to CS _ an hour on the phone so far.
Not good at all.
