My BDM Simon has made all the difference, from helping me / discussing the case as it's the first time using the system. To assisting with the complex situation and underwriting.

MP recommended for a Free remortgage product sourced from 27Tec but subsequently advised the 'Legal Fee Saver' only contributes £150 + VAT. I could not see how to download a KFI from application process and sent a KFI from 27Tec, that did not state fees payable. Case cancelled when finding a more competitive Free remortgage product.

I love how the system is so thorough - identifying credit commitments, great criteria on non uk nationals and support is outstanding , if needed there is a bdm on hand without hesitation or any delays in responding.

I have submitted quite a few cases with MPowered recently. One went to offer within 51 minutes!
I like how the system checks over the documents and you do not need to key the whole AIP and click submit before the page starts to warn you that it is not likely to pass. It saves such a lot of time!

I have had an issue on a re-mortgage case and managed to speak to an Underwriter Gerry. What a breath of fresh air, he has been able to over the last 24 hours completely change around the case and we have a positive outcome for the clients. So nice to be able to have a gent take ownership on this case and help until we had the offer, Thank you so much for your assistance and what a credit to your company!

After an initial hiccup, I can say that I don’t think I’ve ever been so impressed with a company trying to resolve a customer issue as I am with MPowered Mortgages.

I put a lot of credence into how a company reacts when something goes wrong- And Liyyanah went above and beyond to make sure we had a positive experience.
This felt like someone who is living and breathing the values they want the company they work for to be known for.

Really impressed with the fast turnaround we had in getting the mortgage deal over the line after first contact.
It sounded like a lot of people were working together to get to a perfect outcome for the customer which makes me feel assured that I’m going with a company who mean what they say.
