Excellent service , great communication would highly recommend

Mike Watkins is an experienced agent and portrayed our property honestly but positively. He always showed potential buyers around personally and gave us regular helpful feedback. He was able to secure a reasonable price for us despite the prevailing economic conditions.

Excellent agency. All from the beginning to the end was remarkable, no bad words at all. Amy Richley is doing amazing job, from advertising, doing viewings, updating, getting back with feedback, advising...all the recommendations from us.

Mike has been absolutely amazing right from the beginning of the process of selling our late mother's property. Nothing was too much trouble and he was available 24/7 (or seemed to be) including weekends. The photographs were wonderful and his blurb really did the house justice. We were very pleased to sell the house, although saying goodbye was difficult. Thank you so much, Mike! Definitely recommended.

Gemma was proactive from the moment we met.I’ve moved a great deal and dealt with many estate agents but with Mr &Mrs Clarke you really get a personal service.We we’re constantly updated which was reassuring and didn’t have to chase for information.
The photographs on Rightmove were particularly good.Several friends remarked on them.They we’re fresh and well presented.No overdone wide angled distorting photos.The description was creative in that it suggested opportunities to re figure the existing house to suit various needs.
I could leave messages on Whatapp anytime and know that I’d get an answer.No ringing offices/receptionists etc.
All in all it was a refreshing change from the normal route and I will certainly be using them again.

Beth managed to fit us in to view the property multiple times at short notice, helped us navigate communication with our developer and had sensible suggestions at every point. She also helped coordinate with solicitors and work out when they were in office so we could prompt them on relevant days. A good experience overall.
