They fit perfectly, appear to be of good quality and were reasonably priced. A satisfied customer.

I paid for and received a set of Land Rover Discovery floor mats in JANUARY 2025. They did not fit.
I asked for a either a set which did fit or a refund.
Since then and now - SEPTEMBER - there have been around 50 emails between us, with me maintaining that the mats did not fit and the company insisting they did. I have provided numerous photos clearly showing the problem.
I even showed the mats to a local LR main dealer who advised me that not only did they not fit but I would snap off the fixed floor clips if I tried to force fit these mats.
I am not a car mat expert but looking at numerous customer reviews this sort of experience is not uncommon ie poor product, unwillingness to admit errors and ultimately a "could not care less attitude" once they've got your money.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Floor mats were great and just as ordered. Customer service (Rishika) was also very quick in responding to my inquiries. Only thing that could’ve been better was communication as to when order was shipping and a tracking of delivery. Would have been a 5 star if I was aware of the delay and had an idea of delivery without contacting customer service a few times.

So happy with my car mats the fit to the car is perfect. I added white trim to them and lettering they look amazing. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from this website again their customer service through email was excellent friendly and professional.They kept me updated on my order.Thanks again Varshita 😀. Awful company... no mats and no refund... absolutely useless. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS PLACE.

I would suggest that this is a way to scam people and seem legit

Good selection of materials, colours and options. Prompt delivery. Good price. Mats exactly as ordered. Great quality material, finish and fit.

I've had a bad experience with this company, I order a set of mats over 6 weeks ago but they haven't been delivered, I've cancelled my order and requested a full refund but this hasn't happened.
So I would suggest anyone thinking of buying from this company to buy from a more reputable one.

I am very pleased with the car mats they are a good quality car mat, there was a slight delay for the delivery but worth the wait, would recommend Mr car mats.

Ordered ultimate car mats £63. They Sent standard mats £22. Mats were so poor quality that I wouldn’t even put them in my car. Emailed and phoned company, eventually replied that they were producing the new mats and they would be with me soon. Weeks of emailing backwards and forwards with no mats, they offered me £11 refund! I kept refusing, they wouldn’t allow me to return them. I have this week been refunded £30!!!

Scum company, no returns policy at all despite what you might read.
I returned my mats after being given a return number, then they refused a refund and the mats seemed to get lost in transit.
Pay by credit card and get your protection from them

Good quality mats which fitted well.
Overall a good service which I would be happy to use again or recommend.

The cheapest possible quality and a bad fit. They initially refused to refund, claiming distance selling laws did not apply to them. After my Google reviews Varshita did get in touch to arrange a collection. She did not do this. After that all myemails were ignored. Customer services also got in touch asking me to contact them if the situation wasn't resolved. They too did not have good enough manners to reply to my email.

Made an order for car mats and bootliner which didn't turn up. Chased it up and eventually got the car mats after a month, the boot liner never showed up despite contacting the company by email and waiting for a fortnight beyond a second delivery time I was given. Gave up 7 weeks after the initial delivery date and clawed the value of the bootliner back via Paypal. I'd advise anyone using the company to use a payment method you can make a refund claim on.

Took 2 months for them to come didn't keep me in the loop with any updates their not the worst mats cheap clips as they don't stay on properly the manager was apologetic but wouldn't buy from them again

No contact when email or phone , starting ro think this company is a scam , 8 days since trying to get order
