Not recommended. Poor after sales service and failure to respond to emails. They did not reply to multiple emails sent to Luke Essex regarding the certificate of installation. A referral bonus was promised but never honoured. Overall, the company appears unreliable. Not recommended at all

A very satisfied customer
Mr Charger recently arranged my EV charger installation and the whole process was seamless from start to finish. The installer, arrived promptly, explained everything clearly, and worked with real attention to detail. Communication before and during the job was excellent, with updates that kept me reassured. The charger was fitted neatly, tested thoroughly, and left ready to use. The installer also cleaned up after himself, leaving no mess behind, which my wife really appreciated! Mr Charger offered 10 months interest free payments and applied the Electric vehicle ChargePoint grant for renters. I would happily recommend their services to anyone considering an EV charger.
