Rubbish and absolutely disgusting experience with this company. Worst people in this industry and do not do any business with them… they take our money for serving EV Charger and they didn’t show up… After 45 days of chasing them (every time I spoke with them, they will said next week or in few days - but still no sign of them
Now I’m going to ask my lawyer to deal with them directly

Got to know of Mr Charger as certified for installation of EO chargers. I got a prompt response following my application and got my charger installed in that same week by Alert renewables through them. Dom was excellent with communication and Matt did a great job with the installation. Systematic paperwork done well which is needed for the job.

Excellent ev charger installer. Great experience having two ev chargers installed by mrcharger.co.uk. Ayyappa is a pleasure to work with. He provided support throughout the process and explained clearly what the steps are. He helped with dealing with UKPN and energy supplier for a very complicated installation. On the day of installation the engineer was prompt and professional completing a very clean installation. Overall the service was outstanding and I felt that he listened to all our needs and did his best to accommodate us. I will definitely recommend mrcharger.co.uk to all my friends and family.

Excellent service, great fitting and follow up service to help working the unit.

Took a while to get a booking, but they lent me a granny charger to keep me going. Electrician did a fantastic neat and tidy job, also putting in the extra effort to ensure that cables were run inside cavity wall rather than leaving an unsightly cable running down a gable wall. I strongly suspect I would definitely not have received the same level of service by other installers.Ended up needing 2 visits as charger was not delivered for the original booking. But cannot fault the quality of the work.

Ok service & got the product I was looking for at a fair enough price. Not transparent enough with process/requirements, workmanship not the best. 6/10
